"A good offering for a cheap hotel. Rooms are quite small but the bed was comfortable enough. I would recommend brining your own shower gel though as the sachet the hotel provides is not very good. Would use this property again. "

"Wonderful location, walkable, 10 min from train station easy access through park, quiet, safe. Room was impressive, 2 bathrooms one with bathtub, kettle, lovely sitting area in room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, plenty of options. Would recommend more coffee machines, always a line up!!! Would stay here again!!!!"

"Nice hotel in a handy location for rail and ferry travel. Really good selection of options for breakfast. Just find it a bit much to have to pay for a cup of coffee outside of meal times when many places in the world provide that for free. "

"We had a great (3-nights) stay at Strandhotellet. It is a lovely stylish hotel with a quaint atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. "Good unless you have a heavy luggage and have the 4th floor. No elevator to 4th, needed to take it to 3rd with my heavy luggage up and back down. They also gave me 2 shampoo bottles instead of shampoo+body wash. "
