Large cosy family home or getaway for couple's and friends. Snuggle up in front of the large fire in the lounge room. Enjoy watching the sunset on the front porch with views ahead of the sprawling farmland. Fully fenced garden for ultimate privacy and security for your little ones.

4 bedrooms-1 queen, 1 double, 1 with 2 x singles and one with bunk beds, 1.5 Bathrooms, shower, separate laundry. Toys, books, games and Dvd's to enjoy.

Take a stroll to nearby a nearby forest for a walk. Less than 1kms to Manjimup Town were you can enjoy a bite to eat at one of the local eateries, some truffle tasting, local wine tasting and even some local cider's at Tall Timbers. Enjoy your morning coffee at Southern Roastery were they roast their own beans.
Your children will not want to miss Manjimup's epic Tall Timbers playground (adults may even enjoy it!). Explore the history of Manjimup with the local Heritage Park and Museum, power museum and many more, all with walking distance.

Pop into the Truffle & Wine Co to stock up on delicious Local Produce. Head to Fonty's Pool for a bite to eat, float on a tube in the pool or simply enjoy the views.

So much to see and do in Manjimup whilst still soaking in the serenity and peace of the beautiful South West, one not to be missed book now to avoid disappointment.

The house is really bigger than I imagined, very spacious inside and out. Well protected by fencing. You got everything you need to stay there including furnitures, kitchenette etc. We have really enjoyed staying there.
