The hotel has everything you could ask for, excellent service from the staff, all amenities -- and the breakfast buffet is an attraction on its own; hosted in a beautiful dining space with an abundance of delicious food selection. Highly recommended if you're staying in Pereira downtown area"

"Everything was fine during our stay. I would only recommend updating the restaurant menu (11th floor). A dish was ordered according to the menu and served differently. When asking if it was ordered according to the menu, the waiter's answer was that the menu is not up to date. "

"We had a large suite which was very comfortable. The bedding is some of the best we've ever experienced. The rooftop spa was nice and had great views. The neighborhood is fun with small cafes, restaurants and shops. Cabs were conveniently queued in front of the mall complex next door."

"The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our four-day stay. We could sit at our breakfast table in the morning, take in a great view, and watch all the birdlife. The hotel is just outside of Manizales, so it was easy to get into the city with our rental car and close to other sites in the area as well. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it."
