One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "Very nice onsen ryokan with seaview in room and breakfast area. It is also good that u can enjoy the dinner in your room, which is now not a common practice in most of the onsen ryokan. Everything is designed to meet the needs of the guests. Highly recommended if u will travel to Yonago area, especially for its reasonable charge."

"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "Standard onsen hotel with no surprise. The indoor onsen is a bit disappointing. The rooftop outdoor onsen is more attractive but is available at limited time of the day. As such, I prefer to visit the public spa which is free and 2 min walk from the hotel. Meals are standard and the biggest compliments should go to the friendly staff. Room is spacious and tidy."

"요나고역 근처에 호텔이 없어서 2정거장 떨어진 호키다이센역 스이코엔 예약을 했습니다 역에서 코앞이고(걸어서 1분) 방은 전부 개인실이라 넓고 편합니다 다만 다다미방 특유의 칙칙한 냄새가 나는데 조금 지나니 익숙해졌습니다 화장실은 공용이고 목욕은 1층에 있는 공용목욕탕에서 할 수 있는데 아침에는 탕에 뚜껑을 덮어놓기 때문에 샤워만 가능합니다 대부분 손님들은 출장오는 일본인들이 많아보입니다 다른 것은 다 괜찮은데 엄청난 시골이라 근처에 편의점이나 식당이 하나도 없습니다 걸어서 15분 정도 거리에 큰 마트가 하나 있는데 저녁 먹으려면 다른 기차역에서 먹을 것을 사오거나 마트까지 걸어가셔야합니다 이틀 묵으면서 돗토리, 유라역(코난역) 가고 아침에 오카야마, 오사카로 떠났는데 역이랑 가까워서 아침 일찍 나가기 좋습니다"
