"Great 2 br rental! Great price! Every room is good size, I wasnt cramped in any space. And the large deck was a nice touch. The apt was remodeled nicely with central ac/heat which is rare in Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Theres also a parking lot which means yoyre not sharing a driveway when Manti doesnt let you park on the streers in the winter."

"The property manager put in a lot of work to get this ready. Beautiful furnishings and decor! They were accommodating with requests for a full size coffee maker in addition to the Kuerig they had. They also provided wine glasses and a cork screw upon request, although some water/juice/drink glasses would also be nice. "The property was very nice! The only problem we had was when we arrived the unit was not completely cleaned and the beds were not made. There was 3 laundry baskets of clean linens there, the fridge had spoiled milk, dirty rags in the fridge and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called the number of the lady who was responsible for cleaning it and she said she didn’t know we were coming and had many excuses. Later that weekend we did speak with the owner and he was very apologetic. He did come...
