You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A place where family memories are made.

Free standing ranch home located on 550 acre “all sports” Round Lake. Cottage has very large (15*40 feet)cement patio that overlooks the lake with great views and lake breezes. Cottage shares the property with 2 other cottages. The lakeshore is great for swimming, with a hard sand shallow bottom which is perfect for kids of all ages. Property enjoys free use of 2 kayaks, or bring your own boat and dock it on the large dock. Or, I have a nice pontoon boat available for rent as well ($700/week, $150/day). Please note that I do not provide sheets or towels.

ATTENTION PET OWNERS: Though I do allow pets, there is no immediate grass space immediately outside the door, you will need to walk your dog down the steps or down the road and pick up after them.

Girls' Getaway
Loved our stay! House had everything we needed for our impromptu getaway. The waterfront was beautiful with multiple places to enjoy the view and breeze. Mike was a gracious host, checking to make sure everything was satisfactory when we arrived and even checking to make sure we arrived home safely. The third bedroom now has bunk beds instead of twin beds and my only suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan in that room, though that may not work with the bunk bed. The AC units in the other two bedrooms and the living room worked fine. We're planning to return again next September. Thanks Mike!

It was an enjoyable week and the property was just like it was presented. The property manager had lots of water equipment (raft, kayaks, floats). The swimming area was very nice in front of the property. The property manager was very responsive. Glad we went!

Very nice! Has beach toys! Great for teens! Easy access! Restaurants are close by....attractions not far away...Jackson's Cascades, Hidden Lake Gardens, Irish Hills...Very clean and spacious.

Family fun
The house was very clean and we had everything that we needed. Check in was very easy. Mike was very responsive to any questions I had and got back to me quickly. Spending time with the family by the lake was priceless. We used the kayaks that were there and liked that life jackets were provided. Loved having our evening fires by the lake.

Amazing Round Lake property!!
Home was even better than the pictures and the lake and beach were perfect. Weather wasnt great but the home and Lake made the trip. Mike was very helpful with tips on the lake and area. Really liked the Boot Jack pub and the market down the street was very handy. Definitely will be back !!

clean, nice cement deck overlooking lake, lots of chairs, Kitchen nice and adequate. Nice home and overall easy to stay. One of the bedrooms is rather small but overall worked out fine for 6 of us.

We had a wonderful stay here. Mike is very easy to work with. The lake is beautiful and the cottage was clean and well kept. We loved the tenants in the other cottage and even had fires with them. The kitchen was well stocked. We an on returning soon. What a great vacation!

This cottage was very clean and comfortable. Ample space for our son, daughter-in-law, and grand kids to spend some time here. Added plus was the pontoon available to rent for the week!! Owner was prompt in answering any questions that came up. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Beautiful!
We stayed at the upper cottage. Clean and comfortable as promised. Mike is very friendly, kind, and easy to work with. The fire pit and dock along with boat rental is shared with the other two properties. We met a very nice couple and their son and my granddaughter had an absolute blast! We enjoyed the company of the couple as well. Made smores, took a boat ride and played cards. The only issue we had was a short term renter downstairs, after the couple left, I know Mike would never have rented to them if he had seen/heard what went on. I'll stop at saying I'm no prude but women screaming really awful names at each other (absolutely inappropriate for any age, but especially my granddaughter) women fighting with each other and the men as well. They were messy with their trash (beer cans dumped in the lake etc), and showed zero respect for others and Mike's property. We appreciate all Mike did to correct the situation and I definitely would consider this property again, I'd have to be 100% certain he knew any other renters before committing! It's beautiful and Mike is great!

Fabulous Vacation Spot!!!
My family and I were blown away by this cottage! We were right on the water and got to wake up to an amazing view every day for a week and the cottage itself was perfect. Spacious enough for the whole family of 6, very clean, plus free kayak's we could use!! Mike, the owner was very easy to communicate with and followed up with all questions promptly. Wish I could I have stayed forever!

Brief family vacation
Had a great visit at Mike's property. Pictures and description were very accurate. Unit was clean and very comfortable. Amazing sunrise views from the water level and from the upper patio. We used the kayaks multiple days and they were a real plus. Used the pontoon boat one day as well and it ran great and was also clean and well maintained. Gas grill worked well also. No complaints or criticisms at all and we would likely stay here again if/when we are back in the area. Great experience!

Relax on the Lake
Great spot on the lake. Not fancy, but very warm and inviting atmosphere. Very hospitable host. Perfect for families with children/teenagers to enjoy swimming/boating in the summer.

Great Place to Stay
We stayed here with 8 people, 3 adults and five kids ranging from 10-17. It had plenty of room to stay inside and the kitchen and dining room was big enough for all of us to fit comfortably. We rented the pontoon from Mike on Saturday, the kids were swimming for most of the weekend and we made the most of the kayaks and fireplace while we were there. All in all a great weekend!

Great last minute get away
We decided to wrap up the summer with a last minute trip to the lake and booked this place on a whim. Everything turned out great! We rented the pontoon boat for the day, got to enjoy the kayaks and have a nice relaxing weekend on the lake. It was all a very smooth and easy process and the owners were very kind and welcoming. The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. If we ever head back out that way, we would definitely stay here again.
