This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We stayed with our adult children, a total of 7 of us and we had plenty of room. It is located a 15 minute drive down dirt roads, which is pretty typical for an upper Peninsula cabin, no other people where staying in the area at the time, so it was private, however there are neighbors that are close. The lake is perfect for sunrises, and listening to waves as you sleep. The beds are comfortable and there a black out curtains if
waki g with the sun is not your thing. It is not great for swiming as it is very rocky, however you can can rock hunt with a good pair of water shoes it is very shallow. My only issue was there was not a lot of room to unpack your things, as the dresser are used for storage. There is only 1 small trash can outside, which barely hold 2,13 gallon bags and it is not very animal secure.
