Beautiful Historic Building on Manistee River Walk

The building was originally Manistee National Bank. The recently renovated apartment is where the Bank offices were originally located. It sits on the Manistee River Walk. The building is centrally located in the downtown Historic District, steps away from local shopping, dining, and entertainment. The deck provides beautiful views of the river where you will see sailboats and charter fishing boats pass by. You may even see a Great Lakes Freighter navigate the river channel. The River Walk makes for a nice stroll down to Lake Michigan.
The renovated apartment is 1500 sq ft, has original hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, 11' ceilings, tons of natural lighting, and a beautiful back deck that overlooks the Manistee River. There are stairs leading up to the apartment from the street (pictured). The rear access is via a spiral staircase (pictured) on the patio that leads down to the lower levels of the building. There is one parking space located behind the building for your use.

We had a very nice stay at the condo. The location is great for walking to everything downtown near the river. The owner was prompt to answer a call when we had a little difficulty getting the key code to work . He came and not only fixed the door key code situation but carried bags into the condo. I would return!

The place was amazing. Clean and well equipped with supplies. The location downtown on the river was cool. Our college kids enjoyed the firepit each night on the deck overlooking the river. The best comment is that we would book it again!

This is an amazing property right on the Riverwalk. Plenty of room inside with a great full kitchen, wonderful exposed brick and wood floors, along with all the comforts of home. Great experience with the owners. Be sure to run across the street to TJ's for a meal while you are there. Already talking about booking for our annual steelhead trip next year.

Historic building in Manistee, Michigan.
Property was clean and tastefully decorated W e were within walking distance to everything in the downtown area. We got to see the Manitowoc (Lower lake freighter) come up the river channel at night and leave early the next morning while have a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the river. This property was simply superb in every way. Thank-you Barry for your hospitality!

Downtown Awesomeness!
If you desire to stay in Manistee...this is the place! Barry is amazing and is very helpful. It is only a .8 mile to the Lake and can easily be walked on the River Walk to the Lake. There is parking behind the apartment and wonderful restaurants are located close by that you can easily access by a short walk. The apartment is adequately equipped so that you can also cook meals at the apartment. I would strongly encourage you to stay at this apartment and if we ever visit Manistee in the future, we know where we will stay!

We love this place!
We’ve stayed here three times now and look forward to returning again and again. It’s a beautiful space, a lovely quaint and unpretentious town, and the perfect place for us to unwind and relax. We split time using the nice kitchen making excellent meals for ourselves and walking down to the Bluefish for a satisfying meal (also recommend Table 14 thirty minutes south in Ludington). We love the $2 classic movies across the street at the Vogue and walks along the riverwalk to the big lake. And Magoon Creek nature area. Everything about our stay at this place is always perfect.
