corner townhouse in Manilva Beach II Urbanisation, Chalet so has a large surrounding garden. Fully equipped for a perfect holiday. No frills, but enjoying a natural setting and almost nonexistent in the Malaga coast. Sales garden and you're on the beach ... usually quiet except, of course, in August. However there are two bars in the vicinity and site services against payment can also be enjoyed. (Restaurant, cafe, pool, wi-fi ...)
The 4 bedrooms are on the top, with two bathrooms, one en suite. Downstairs, service, kitchen, living room, porch, terrace and garden. You will not find anything like it in the entire coast. From this year Free wi-fi in the house.

Very enjoyable stay
We had great time. The house is very privately located at the edge of gated community with a direct access to beach and beach views, quite rare in this area. Efficient and quiet air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed meeting the owners who are very friendly couple. Highly recommend to stay

Lovely place to visit
We stayed in the villa one month with two children October 2015. The couple that rented the house was really helpful and nice. The villa is great if you travel with children, backyard is really big and the beach starts just behind the house. Villa is very well equipted. Supermarkets and some restaurants are small distance away so car is not required but it of course gives more changes to travel near by. I can warmly recommend the villa to all travellers

Very comfortable stay at condo. Manager very sweet. My suggestion would be to have written down running of all appliances and security alarm. It was alot to remember when handing over keys, especially for someone like us visiting from USA and language challenges. Beautiful ocean views from every room. Great location for day trips Andalusia and Gibraltar. Would recommend to stay and would love to return.

Our hosts Carmen and Jesus were friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious, with comfortable furniture, all amenities, and spotlessly clean. The lay-out is perfect to secure privacy for up to three couples on holiday together. It has complete privacy, which you can enjoy from the veranda and the little back garden. It is literally on the beach - you cross a small stream (with turtles in it), and you are there. The beach is a little stony, but with a pair of bathing shoes, that is perfect as well, and the sea is nice and warm, even in October. A nice selection of quality restaurants, and the possibility of a nice run or stroll along the beach, for example into the little Duchesa port. I am certain we shall go back there.

All about the great location
The location of this villa is exceptional…right on the beach and a pleasant stroll to the wonderful marina at Duquesa. Property was spacious and excellent value for money given the location. Lots of food options and bars in the port and on the front in Sabinillas. El Gaucho in the marina was excellent and the seafood at the Manilva Beach Chiringuito was outstanding and only a few minutes walk from the property. One small negative was both of the beachfront pools were unavailable throughout our stay which made the other pool very busy so we weren’t really able to get to use it. Obviously not the host’s faults but frustrating all the same. Host comms were excellent and friendly. Would happily return. Thanks!

Wonderful stay
Everything as promised, cant say enough good things about our hosts Jesus and Carmen who treated us like visiting family. Good communication, and went the extra mile with our late arrival. Good location, easy walk to Duquesa and close to supermarkets. Pools welcome as a beach alternative. Thanks

Tolles Ferienhaus in direkter und ruhiger Strandlage
Das Haus liegt am Rand einer Ferienreihenhaussiedlung, nur von einer Promenade vom weitläufigen Strand getrennt. Es ist wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie benötigt. Die Küche beinhaltet neben ausreichend Geschirr ein großzügiges Set an Töpfen und Pfannen für alle, die sich selbst verpflegen möchten. Die gesamte Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist geschmackvoll, im Wohn-/Essbereich maritim. Für unser kleines Enkelkind stellten die Vermieter ein Babybett zur Verfügung. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles gezeigt, die Verständigung klappt wunderbar auf Englisch. Auch im Vorfeld haben sich Carmen und Jesús viel Zeit genommen und unsere Fragen und Anliegen geduldig beantwortet. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen. Muchas graçias!

Being on a large and open corner plot makes this a lovely spot to catch the sun next to the beach. Very attractive and well-laid out interior with very comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms. Easy reach of supermarket but away from the crowds.

Rigtig dejlig ferie bolig. Skøn beliggenhed, super godt indrettet og alt i udstyr.
Vi har haft den dejligste ferie med hele familien i dette skønne hus. 5 voksne og 3 børn der er masser af plads både inde og ude med græsplæne omkring huset. Skøn terrasse på 1. sal hvor man kan se langt ad strandpromenaden til begge sider. Den skønne indretning på terrassen nede med afslapning i stor hjørnesofa, og stort spisebord og låge lige til stranden. Det er hyggeligt med liv ved promenaden, men man er alligevel i "fred" i haven. Skøn lille havneby 1 km væk i gåafstand, og der er lille supermarked i denne by. Der er ferieliv i havnen om aftenen, og mange dejlige spisesteder. Vi har været fuldt ud tilfredse med vores ferie i denne villa, og vi vil helt sikkert komme igen. I øvrigt en meget venlig udlejer der modtager dig når du ankommer og giver en super info om huset. Cool place!
We were staying 1st week oct. The house is located exactly on the big sandy beach so you can enjoy the andalusian sun from the small nice garden and swim in to the sea any time without any go. Also there is the access to private pool area. You can find everything even more in the house. There is silence around , except the sound of the sea during night. Carmen and Jesus very kind and friendly owners are ready to help you any time. You can reach the small town with bars and restaurants by foot in 5-10 minutes. In fact there is a perfect place for any kind of travelers!

Mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen eine super Urlaubslokation.
1. Auch bei verspäteter Anreise (nach 1 Uhr nachts) wurden wir von der Vermieterin super empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. 2. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand.( Garten-Fußgängerweg-Strand) 3. Strandliegen, Schirme, Kinderspielzeug - alles vorhanden. 4. Super Terasse mit tollen Auflagen und Kissen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Schubladen in der Küche für Besteck,etc müßten mal instandgesetzt werden.

Prachtig huis aan het strand
Zeer mooie hoekwoning, pal aan het strand. De woning is ruim en voldoet aan alle gemakken. De vier slaapkamers zijn prima ingericht, echter zou iets meer kastruimte prettig zijn. De woonkamer heeft een eet- en zit gedeelte. De keuken is ruim en prima ingericht. Het huis heeft buiten een groot terras met vaste loungehoek welke aan de tuin grenst. Het (grof zand) strand is erg rustig. Prima strandtenten op korte loopafstand. De haven van Manilva ligt op een kwartiertje wandelen via een promenade langs het strand. Lokatie is prima voor uitvalswegen naar Gibraltar, Tarifa, Ronda, Estepona en Cascares. Wij hebben de twee laatste weken van juli met onze dochters van 8 en 10 in het huis gezeten. Heerlijk! Een absolute aanrader!

Mycket bra läge
Läget är mycket bra med närhet till stranden samt med lagom promenad till centrum med restauranger mm. Huset är mycket trivsamt med bra utrymmen. Terrassen är en fin samlingspunkt. Åtgärdsbehov: - kökets lådinredning behöver ses över. - nycklarna är 1 mm för långa - sitter nyckeln i på insidan går det ej att låsa upp från utsidan

Excellent place, next to the beach and quiet.
We stayed one week, four people with small children and the place was excellent. It exceeded our expectations! There is everything you need in this house: four sleeping rooms with two bathrooms on the floor, big fully equipped kitchen and nice living and dining rooms on the base floor. But the best is terrace and lawn next to it with safespace for children to play and also lots of toys. Very close is the pool, restaurants. Supermarkets are also in walking distance (15 min walk). Owners are very kind and helpful. Fully recommended place!

Great house, great location!
We have spend our two weeks vacation here in july 2016. The house is very well maintained and clean. Jesus and Carmen are very friendly and helpfull. The location and the view from the house is spectacular. The beach is clean and not crowded at all. Thanks! We've had a great holliday!

Excellent value!
Our stay at Jesus and Carmen's house has been a fantastic experience. The couple is extremely helpful with their charming, no-nonsense approach towards guests. The house has enough space to accomodate 6, and we found the place clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable, two bathrooms do the job! The location is great, far enough from the motorway and a few yards from the beach. Lots of beach restaurants around the corner without the omnipresent tourist-highrise found elsewhere is this region. We'll be back as we told Jesus, this place makes you feel at home. Wunderschönes Chalet in reizvoller Umgebung
Meine Frau und ich (Pensionär) wohnten 4 Wochen in diesem geräumigen Haus, das auch für 6 oder 7 Gäste genug Platz bieten könnte. Die Fotos zeigen die geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Zimmer, die herrliche Aussicht aus den Fenstern des Obergeschosses und die großzügige Terrassen- und Gartengestaltung. Da das Haus die Eckbebauung einer Feriensiedlung bildet, kann man sich völlig unbehelligt von Nachbarn und Strandläufern im Freien tummeln (bzw. ruhen). Der Strand ist womöglich der letzte einigermaßen ursprüngliche Strandabschnitt an der Costa del Sol. Nach 5 Minuten Fußweg gelangt man zu einer unbebauten, ökologisch geschützten Partie, die sich ca. 1 km hinzieht . In der anderen Richtung landet man nach 5 Minuten im ehemaligen Fischerdörfchen, wo es urige Kneipen, Tapasbars und Restaurants gibt. 10 Minuten weiter weg ist dann der Jachthafen von Manilva, der fest in britischer Hand ist. Wir können das Chalet und die ganze Gegend nur weiter empfehlen! Das Wetter war bombig: 4 Wochen lang nur Sonnenschein! 3 Tage lang blies der Levante - da bewährte sich die windschützende Terrasse. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert und herzlich (auf spanisch und deutsch). Wir kommen gern wieder!

A veces te encuentras un paraíso ...
La villa de Jesús y Carmen se deja caer, gozosa , sobre la arena de una playa que, increiblemente, en esta España de toalla propia sobre la toalla del vecino , presume de virgen, o casi. Evoco, soñadora, la sombra de unos árboles arraigados a la arena, donde disfrutaba de un mágico atardecer escribiendole, de nuevo, versos al mar. En la parcela del jardín privado (el mas grande de la urbanizacion,) esta singular pareja ha creado un espacio maravilloso de estilo chilout que, bajo dos altisimas palmeras, te invita a tomar una copa y a conversar sin tiempo . Hablar de la villa en si misma, es hablar de buen gusto.y comodidad unidos.El acierto en la elección del mobliario, elegante y util, sin abrumar al visitante ni sobrecargar el espacio, me hizo sentir encantada durante los días que tuve la suerte de estar allí . Colchones comodos, con el punto justo de firmeza, una cocina equipada para el chef que, algunos llevamos en las tripas... En fin ... el lujo bien entendido . Ahora me permito hacer mención de los propietarios de este lugar de ensueño. Como no podía ser de otro modo, la pareja formada por Carmen y Jesús, no sólo son estupendos anfitriones, sino unos seres humanos generosos y comprensivos, que te recuerdan, a golpe de empatía, que no todo es negocio. Gracias por todo, sois un 10.
