Charming townhouse ideal for resting. On the ground floor there is mainly a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with access to a furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have a private bathroom.
On the top floor leisure area with access to the private terrace with unbeatable views. In the solarium several sun loungers await you to enjoy leisure time. The shared pool area invites you to relax. Parking within the same community.
Fully equipped, you don't need to bring anything extra
If you want to know the area, do not miss the opportunity to visit Marbella, Puerto Banús, Gibraltar, Cádiz and why not Morocco through Algeciras.
