"Beautiful hotel in the Makati area. They have security at the hotel which made my family and I feel safe. The hotel is right across the street from Greenbelt mall which has a ton of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was really good as well. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the Manila/Makati area."

"Booked the accommodation for the Hoka Marathon and my niece’s birthday, and we were happy we chose the hotel as the location is so convenient to the starting/end point of the race and we were able to jump back to our beds after the run. Also walking distance to SM Mall of Asia (approx. 800m)"

"I have enjoyed staying at this property for several years now. I have always given this property high marks in service, convenience, location, and staff/personnel. The only issues I encountered during this stay are the shower (water temp) and wake up call. The water kept going from warm to cold to hot and back to warm. I addressed this with the hotel management and hopefully they will be able to resolve the problem before I return in November of 2025. The other problem is the front desk staff failure to put into their system a wake up call. This only happened twice, the last one being the day I was checking out. I went to the front desk the night before checking out and ask for a wake up call and it never occurred. Lucky, I have set my own alarm clock as back up, however, I shouldn't really have to. It would have been a mess if I have missed my flight. Maybe this is a staff issue or training issue but hopefully, they will get it together. Other than that, I really like this hotel and is looking forward to staying here again in 2025. "
