Booked the hotel for its proximity to the Apostolic Nunciature Manila, the Rizal Park & the rest of the venues where Pope Francis would be visiting for his apostolic visit to the Philippines last January 15 to 19, 2015. It was a good choice for its location & accessibility. The rooms were clean & kept clean (should you choose to have your room made up) by accommodating staff. Hotel amenities are basic (ref, electric pot to heat water but no coffee or tea, bottled water for 2 pax, cable TV, bathroom & toilet, towels for 2 pax, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap & shampoo for toiletries, an elevator to service the 5-floor facility).
Just make sure to inspect the facilities for anything broken or amiss and report them right away. For our stay, I reported that our room had a broken night light, an unhinged cabinet door hinge and bad/noisy signal from the cable TV. Of the 3 concerns, only the concern on night light was addressed w/ a bulb replacement. :(
Parking space is limited; they can only accommodate parking for 3 cars at the front of the hotel. A continental breakfast (2-bread slices, butter, jam and coffee) comes with the accommodations. Should you wish to "upgrade" to other breakfast offerings, you will be asked to pay the difference.
