We booked for 10 days but had to cancel due to travel ban. Although this booking said non-refundable, there is an option to request for a free cancelation which I did. Lots of back and forth communications with no result. They didnt cancel it. Fortunately, we found a way to make the trip so we were able to use the booked rooms after all.
The rooms were just fine for its price, but there was no hot water. We adjusted it underneath the sink after we were told how to, but to no avail. The AC was dripping non stop, we had to move the bed so it wouldn't hit it. For 10 days we need a change of towels/linens and some toilet papers, we had to ask for it every time,
To be fair, after we complained about the drippy AC and cold shower, they offered to transfer us to a different room which we declined since we already scattered our stuff all over the room, we're here for a wedding,we were pressed for time to do the transfer, every minute counts for us. Our point is , before a guest arrives, the rooms should be in order, all checked for any problems like leaky AC and no hot water. And at least have the initiative to offer supplies of toilet paper and fresh towels, (no toiletries btw, so bring your own shampoo and soap.) So we slept there with our used towels to absorb the drips in the corner. I informed them about it because their wall paper is already starting to peel off because of moisture.
The front desk staff were nice and helpful with our luggages, and friendly.
