It's a budget hotel. Friendly staff. Size of Room and CR is just right. Working A/C and Flat screen TV. Walking distance to UST.
No remote for A/C and TV.
Small cockroaches everywhere.
Lack of coordination among staff. In effect, no room service (cleaning) for three days. After the first day, I was asked to present my booking confirmation reference # by the hotel staff of the day even if I already gave the information the day before.
I checked out early morning yesterday with clearance from the hotel staff. In the evening, I still received a text message if I’m extending for another day. Clear lack of proper endorsement of information concerning their guests.
