Manila is a bustling metropolis that can sometimes get a bit overwhelming. Whether coming here for a short stay or a long vacation, our LeGrand apartment/condo provides a safe and peaceful haven to come home to after a day in the city.
The space
Your home away from home is a 1-bedroom condominium with a glass-walled balcony that affords you a view of the Ortigas skyline to the right and the Pasig River to the left. If you are an adrenaline junkie, you will also get a bit of a rush as you look 24 floors down to the pool below. Your place is ideal for 2 persons; however, a friend can stay over and sleep on the comfy sofa bed (additional fees apply).
The minimalist interiors give you a lot of space and the cozy yet fully-equipped kitchen, hot shower, large bed plus pull-out sofa, smart TV, two air-conditioners, and spacious living/dining area ensure a very comfortable stay for you. Your telephone and personal intercom, as well as the round-the-clock reception and security guarantee your safety and privacy.
Guest access
For your convenience, the gym, pool, and your personal mailbox are just an elevator ride down. You will also find a laundromat just outside the building when you go through the back entrance.
Other things to note
Surf the internet from any area inside your home through a wired or wireless connection. Wireless internet is also widely available in Eastwood City, and you can get it for free in several establishments in the complex. The smart TV in the apartment makes it convenient to stream movies using your own Netflix subscription.
If there is anything else that you need, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen!
Additional rules
Some paperwork will need to be filled out and submitted to the condominium administration prior to check-in. Please have a valid government-issued identification with you when you check in.
We love animals, but we would like our future guests to have the same experience as you had when you stayed in our brand-new apartment. We regret to say that pets are not allowed at this time.
We are smokers, so we understand when it's time to get that nicotine fix. We request that you do your puffin' on the balcony and put out your cigarette before coming back inside. We would like to keep the apartment smelling fresh and smoke-free.
Friends are always welcome to come over for a visit. Please note though that we enforce a 3-person occupancy policy, so we would appreciate it if they could come back the next day if they would like to extend their visit with you.
If you are staying in our place for a long period, be mindful of the cost of producing energy. We have a Php 4,500 cap on our monthly electricity bill, which we have determined by reviewing previous billing statements over the 5+ years since we opened our home to AirBnb guests. (Average monthly consumption is from Php 3,000 to Php 4,000.) Anything exceeding this amount will have to be passed on to you. This will allow us to continue hosting you at an affordable rate.
We love our apartment because we personally picked out everything, from the water pitcher to the capiz shell lights hanging on the ceiling. We would feel sad if any of our handpicked items got damaged. We will have to ask you to shoulder any damages incurred during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to check on the condition of our unit periodically if you are going to stay in our place for a long period.
Lastly, please bear in mind that you have neighbors in the building. Consideration goes a long way and is often rewarded.
