The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk.
There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior.
We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late. The security officer suggested to get us a condo from a 3rd party seller.
I have travelled the world, Europe, USA and central America. This is the worst check in ever!
The next morning, I got wifi from the current unit and got hold of the previous booking. The phone number found in expedia is not the same as the owners’. No matter how many times I called, it was unattended.
Expedia operator finally gave me the owner’s contact and got the QR code.
The first 24 hours was spent on moving, our stuff from the temporary unit to the other.
Expedia can improve by providing a QR code at least 2 days prior to check in, or the owner themselves, which did not seem to care, we were stuck at the gate!
And 4-5 armed men stopped our exhausted selves.
AZURE NEEDS A HELP DESK! These people acted like it never happened before.. which I’m sure happened a thousand times!
Beautiful Amenities… Clean and picturesque.
No available visitor parking…hit or miss
