Larger groups of up to 16 can hire this recently renovated semi-detached chalet with it's sister chalet, Chalet Lydie. Combined the two 4-star properties have 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 200m2 of floor space. Both Chalet de Paul et Marie and Chalet Lydie have Cool for kids status, meaning they have lots of extra equipment, much appreciated by families holidaying with young children.

Guests staying in both chalets love the decor, layout, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and new bathrooms. The owners put a great deal of thought, effort, care and attention into providing all that their guests might require to enjoy a peaceful, calm holiday.

Nature lovers will be happy - the chalet overlooks a meadow below and is surrounded by trees and mountains, with walks from the front door, wildlife over the threshold and spectacular Alpine views.

Chalet Paul et Marie welcomes pets, so the dog or cat can also enjoy the full on moiuntain experience too!

Please note this property is a semi detached property. IMPORTANT : during winter season please make sure to have snow tires + chains for your vehicles.

Unforgettable stay with breathtaking views
We had a fantastic stay, the views were stunning and the chalet was very well equipped (especially for young children).

Great views of the valley
Very nice chalet, clean, spacious and well equipped. Great views and lovely walks around the area. Its a long way up to the Chalet (1400m altitude) so don't be surprised if its hot down in Annecy but cool near the top at the Chalet. It is right among the ski lifts and summer walking paths. Manigod is very small but Thones has pretty much all you need. La Clusaz is over the hill and has more cafes and restaurants. Annecy is about 20 minutes away.

Séjour en montagne tranquille avec vue
Le chalet est situé au calme et offre une vue imprenable. De plus, il a un jardin privatif (non clôturé). Il est complètement équipé (cuisine, literie, meubles de jardin, machine à laver, séchoir, télévision) avec des matériaux de qualité. Il est parfaitement insonorisé (nous n'avons pas une fois entendu nos voisins). L'accès au chalet se fait par un chemin rural qui mène au car-port du chalet. Il s'agit d'une voie sans issue, donc la tranquillité est assurée. Les échanges de courriels et le contact sur place ont été très sympathiques, de la réservation en passant par les étapes à suivre (acompte, caution...), jusqu'à la remise des clés et notre départ. Tout était bien structuré, sans mauvaise surprise, nous avons eu des réponses à toutes nos questions.

Escapade parfaite avec vue imprenable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet est très bien situé, à 5 minutes du col de la Fry, avec une vue exceptionnelle et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été accueillis par Sophie, d'une gentillesse extrême. N'hésitez pas, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour recharger les batteries.

Très beau séjour
La situation de ce chalet est idéale, très calme et en cul de sac, magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la vallée depuis le salon et les chambres. Le chalet est très propre, bien agencé et décoré, tout le nécessaire est disponible (toilette, ménage, cuisine, jardin,..), très belles chambres bien agencées, literie très confortable. Les petits plus : la livraison du pain le matin, le panier de bienvenue, le wifi, la situation et la vue. Nous reviendrons !

Un havre de paix dans un petit coin de paradis
Le chalet de Paul et Marie est un havre de paix dans un petit coin de paradis. Tout le confort possible en pleine nature. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue magnifique sur la chaîne des Aravis, le confort du chalet, les nombreux départs de randonnée à quelques minutes, la possibilité d’utiliser le poêle à bois, la petite histoire du lieu avec toutes les instructions et enfin les produits locaux laissés à notre intention étaient excellents. La semaine de vacances a passé trop vite et il a été difficile de partir. Nous aimerions revenir si nous le pouvons un hiver.

Nature et détente
Accueillis par Sophie, souriante et agréable. Le chalet en bois est situé en pleine nature. Devant le chalet, un grand espace vert, sans route, très sécurisant, les enfants peuvent jouer sans danger. Les enfants ont adoré le jeu de raquette avec la balle accrochée à un fil. Nous avions emmené 2 chiens, ce fut un régale pour eux, comme pour nous, ils ont pu gambader à leur guise ! La déco est sobre et dans le thème montagnard (bois, peaux de bêtes...). On s'y sens bien. Et la vue du balcon est magnifique !

Plein de charme
La propriété Paul et Marie est un superbe chalet avec des vues magnifiques. On a passé une semaine ensoleillée chalet bien situé au sud ! Le soleil est rentré toute la semaine à l'intérieur et la navette a proximité au bout du chemin d'accès était très pratique. d'ailleurs car on accède au logement par un chemin assez large puis on arrive au chalet où on est coupés du monde au niveau bruit et visuel ... Que du bonheur !

Séjour très bien organisé, réponse immédiate et un paiement sécurisé. Sophie la manager, au top ! Elle s'occupe très bien de sa location. Quand on arrive on trouve toujours que tout est impeccable. On a l'impression nous sommes les premiers. Merci aussi pour le cadeau d'accueil. L'emplacement du chalet est vraiment idéal avec du soleil toute la journée et une vue magnifique comme vis a vis.

Tout est impeccable dans ce chalet: la propreté, le confort, l'équipement (que ce soit en ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, linge et serviettes). Les infos avant notre arrivée sont très complètes, l'accueil par Nathalie très pro. C'était au-delà de ce que l'on envisageait, avec en prime une vue magnifique, de la neige et du soleil... Le pain et les croissants livrés à domicile, c'est très appréciable ! On peut même se faire livrer les repas si on veut. ... Pour sûr, c'est un beau chalet, abordable, avec tout le confort, la vue, et la proximité immédiate des remontées (quant elles fonctionneront). Si en plus le jacuzzi est prévu, alors là...

Chalet tout confort, et service cinq étoiles !
Chalet très chaleureux, confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Tout y est pensé pour le plaisir et le confort des hôtes. Idéalement situé pour se reposer et profiter de la vue magnifique sur la montage enneigée. Souvent il y a un décalage entre les photos sur le site et le réel, mais dans ce cas, c'était bien la réalité ! Tout le chalet était propre et bien rangé. Sophie la manager a été top. Très serviable, à l'écoute, elle nous a bien tout expliqué. Elle a indéniablement le sens du service aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ. Nous avions donné 6 H 30 comme heure de départ, et elle était présente, nous a aidé à déneiger et est même intervenue pour faire passer la déneigeuse sur le chemin jusqu'au chalet. Sans cela, nous ne pouvions pas partir. Un immense merci à elle.
