"Great location, close to marina, stores and restaurants. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Condo was immaculate although sparsely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped. King size bed very comfortable. Could use better lighting at bedside for reading. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice!"

"Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else. "Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy!
