"Stayed here for a girl's weekend and it was fantastic! This is a duplex home with three beds plus pull-out couch, comfortably sleeps 8. Very clean, big kitchen with a set of 8 of all the basics. Right on the water with a private beach and dock (well, shared with the other 1/2 of the duplex). Towards the end of the peninsula so quite private, but very close to the Breezy resort activities (marina, golf, etc). Room service daily, very pleasant people. Towels are provided but BYO shampoo and...

"Visiting family for Easter weekend. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen appreciated. Very nice"

"Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked."
