"I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. "Everything as described (no overstated or false marketing promises). Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen (even including a dishwasher). Nice eating space in front of a balcony towards the garden. Two nice bedrooms. King-size bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Very nice property manager, who lives in the same house. Because there was no immediately ensuing booking, he offered to postpone the checkout time until mid-afternoon without hassle. Honestly, nothing to comlain...

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "
