"We booked a 2 bedroom unit but were assigned a 3- bedroom ‘penthouse’in an elevator building, possibly because the desk clerk saw we were seniors who would prefer no stairs. Very modern, comfortable beds, 2 lovely pools and beach access."

"Imagine staying at a property for the week and having to fight for a beach towel because of the ridiculous card system they think guests come on vacation to manage for returning and receiving towels. My first time returning towels they took my card and didn’t give it back and so the next couple of times trying to get beach towels were pretty intense and made me feel very uncomfortable. "This property was very nice and located near many places to see and eat. It has a great beach next to the property. Pool was big and clean with plenty of areas to lay out and enjoy the weather. Only negatives involved the room with only 1 set of bathing towels and pool towels. You need to bring all your soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. " no strainer for pasta missing a lot of utensils in the kitchen, no shower door which is very inconvenient water everywhere and very slippery chairs $7 a pair per day, cooler $5 a day with ice, $2 without, no cleaning for 7 days?? I mean you usually spend 7 days on vacation( you understand how bad a garbage can smells for 7 days?) and the sand on the floors? $1 every dishsoap..those are few things they need to work on..but I will stay in another occasion the apts are new & nice."

Beachfront home

"The location is perfect, with ocean access from the back yard. Not much communication from Sunbelt Realty, the managers of the property, but we found the house and the keys worked. The house was clean and everything worked, but there are no rinse tanks or place to hang dive gear. There was a significant rain, and the roof leaked over two of the beds, and in the main room. Overall, with a fairly high price, we rated it as okay but needs work on the roof."
