"Easy on street parking. Short walk of 5 min to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. 10 min to Salamanca Market area via Kelly Steps - grocery and more restaurants. Very quiet until about 6:30 am when neighbors start leaving for work. Host very responsive. Excellent base for any Hobart weekend. "

"Very convenient as it's close to City, Shops. House is sufficient for family and the management was very responsive. Property maintenance can be improved with some more utensils, beds are making noisy as they are not sturdy, kitchen sink taps are not well maintained, hallway is very small (picture doesn't show that its small or there is no information on it's small hallway), car parking is not convenient as it's not easy to fit Kia Carnival.Overall it's great location"

Kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs, bedroom very comfy and the place is warm, cosy and quiet. Access via laneway and easy trip into the city with a lovely view on the Esplanade walks.
