"Honestly really the worst experience we had on a "luxury resort" stay. Hardware was alright but the software was really atrocious. Just to mention 2 of the many unpleasant experiences we had 1) the previous guest's gurgle in a cup with the head of the toothbrush was still in my toilet when I checked in. The pictures reflect what the villa actually looks like. It felt clean and the air conditioning was good enough once you get them all running through the summer days and nights.
