"The breakfast was buffet style and a great choice of hot and cold food and drinks with a chef preparing fresh omelettes. We had a massage which was very good but some instructions were not quite understood. We ate in the restaurant twice and once in the bar, food and drinks were tasty. Cleaner was superb as were all the staff on duty were friendly and polite. Will return again as 25 minutes from the Airport in Larnaca, and 10 minutes from town by car. They have electric car charging points."

"The property is very close to the beach, restaurants and the airport. We stayed one night. The onsite restaurant is very good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. "

"We had a superior room which was a great size. Room was quiet on the whole, apart from when people scrapped their chairs across the floor. Breakfast was lovely, but greater variety of bread would have been welcome. "

"Older property that needs another rejuvenation. Acceptable value. We were in 305 for 6 nights. Vinyl laminate floor is beat. Furniture was in good condition. Bed was great. Room attendants were very good. Floor could have been swept a bit better. Bathroom was spotless clean daily. Maintenance needs to do some grout clean up properly re grout shower and not slop another coat of caulking on the obvious leak that has damaged the door frame inside the bathroom. "This is a lovely little hotel a short walk out of town…. It was simple and no frills but did the job…. The aircon situation was a bit odd as it is controlled by reception staff and often does not come on and doesn’t turn off…. But other than that it was great 👍 "

"When I arrived I was offered an upgraded room, which was fantastic. All rooms come with a free bottle of wine. My room had a balcony and chairs outside. The tea/coffee station could have been better and well stocked."

"We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"A pretty nice hotel in downtown Nicosia. The rooms were very spacious and pretty unique. I had a very nice balcony overlooking the entrance to the walled city. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and would stay here again if in Nicosia. Parking in the nearby public parking lots was as good if not better than some parking we were provided in other parts of Cyprus. "

"The room we had was a good size and very comfortable. The bed, bathroom and shower were excellent. Breakfast was à la carte and delicious. But the main assets of this property were the individual staff members, who were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Aidan, the night desk clerk, was great fun to talk to, and gave us at least three great restaurant recommendations. "

Great hotel and fantastic location

"Amazing hotel just on the outskirts of the Walled City. Smaller sized but very comfortable rooms. Has everything you could need. Breakfast offering was good. Staff very helpful and polite. One funny point is that you become very accustomed to the local church bell when it rings in the morning, every morning. Thankfully only once but nonetheless a good alarm clock. "

Great hotel and amazing staff

"The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!"
