Spacious apartment on the raised ground floor of a small building located between the center and the beautiful lakeside promenade of Mandello del Lario. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for your stay! The house is located on a quiet and green private road, away from city noise, but just a 5-minute walk from the main attractions of Mandello del Lario and a 7-minute walk from the train station. Convenient supermarket just a few steps away from the house!



The building has a large enclosed courtyard. It is accessed through the main gate that opens onto the private road, where free parking is available. Guests have access to the entire apartment and can use the clotheslines located at the back of the courtyard.

The apartment can be reached by car or public transport. By car, it is accessible from Provincial Road 72; the train station is about 600 meters away on a flat, internal, and pleasant road.
