This house is COMPLETELY private. Although it is located within a small coastal neighborhood, the cliffs and trees on the property are such that no nearby buildings or roads are visible from any window or deck anywhere in the house. The highway is far enough that no traffic sounds of any kind can be heard… Just the sound of the crashing waves…

Only 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store, 20-30 minutes from multiple world-class restaurants along the coast and just 45 minutes away from a dozen Anderson Valley wineries where tastings are often free if you just drop in…

Recent remodel of the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are located on a separate floor and have not been remodeled. That dated second bedroom is the house’s only weakness, but as owners who have lived at the house full-time recently, we don’t think that it takes away from this spectacular property. There is one security camera mounted on the exterior of the house, above the front door. This camera monitors the driveway and the entryway to the house. There are no other cameras, or monitoring devices anywhere else in, or around the house, or on the property.
