Exzellentes English-Breakfast Buffet, Personal sehr aufmerksam, alles in allem ein super Hotel für eine Städtereise. Nah am Stadtzentrum, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige Manko war das Zimmerservice, kommt nicht automatisch sondern man muss ein Schild an der Tür anbringen, und auch wenn man es tut kommt keiner. Wir wollten nicht jeden Tag frische Bettwäsche und Tücher aber zumindest den Mülleimer geleert haben und Toilettenpapier. Haben immer wieder abends feststellen müssen, es klappt nicht. Nach dem 3. Tag an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dann klappte es...dann 3 Tagen wieder nicht...also 1 Woche da, 1x Zimmerservice. Sonst alles gut.

Lo peor de todo la reserva realizada con expedia, primera vez que lo hago y será la ultima, se lo aseguro. Al llegar al hotel nos encontramos con la sorpresa que la reserva estaba mal hecha por parte de expedia, en lugar de 5 noches solo teníamos 4 y en lugar de dos huéspedes la reserva era para uno. Un desastre de gestión de la reserva que supuso retraso en el check-in y una inseguridad e intranquilidad aumentada por la dificultad de explicarme en ingles con la recepcionista. Desde luego no es la mejor forma de comenzar un viaje. Todo se soluciono gracias a la eficacia y amabilidad de la recepcionista, que en todo momento procuro tranquilizarnos, en cuanto le mostré la confirmación de la reserva que llevaba conmigo. Por lo tanto primera y última vez que hago una reserva con ustedes, no tengo ganas de volver a pasar un mal rato. Y les pregunto ¿ Como es posible una gestión tan nefasta ?

Un hotel nuevo para visitar Manchester con coche

Es un hotel limpio, nuevo, con el personal muy amable. Tiene parking gratis y es perfecto si alquilas coche. Pero también se puede ir al centro andando (20 min) o en taxi (5£). El desayuno inglés bueno. Repetiría

At check-in you need to pay cash 10 Pounds more

Despite the booking confirmation the check in is at 15:00 and not at 12:00.... If you need to check-in before 15::00 you need to pay 10 Pounds in additivon for , what the hotel says, EARLY CHECK-IN.... BAD SURPRISE!!!!

Travelodge Manchester Brook Road

Nice new travel lodge. Only complaint is that the room needed a bit of a better hoover and the sheets where not put on the bed properly. Otherwise a good business travellers hotel
