The Space:
The house comprises of 2 Second-floor bedrooms with shared 'Jack & Jill' en suite, 1 First-floor en suite bedroom, a downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area & washing machine, and two lounge - one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor.
The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a paved patio and garden.
Both lounges have Smart TVs with access to Freeview and catch-up apps (not shown in photos).
All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.
- Lounge:
Comfy sofas and large sofabed with a flatscreen HDTV, free Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited fast Wifi.
- Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washer-dryer & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

The local area is a quiet residential estate, but within easy reach of the city centre, and is walking distance to the Etihad Stadium
Getting Around:
The property is a 5 minute taxi from Manchester Piccadilly station and the city centre. Major bus routes are also nearby, and a 15 minute walk to Holt Town Metrolink Station.
The Etihad Stadium, for Manchester City & Concerts, is less than a 15 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house, and a Ring Security Light Camera at the rear for safety and security of the property and vehicles parked on the driveway at the front of the house, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
