Beautiful Setting/Needs Some Attention
As noted in previous reviews, the property description is not accurate. I would not call this a townhouse. There is a common entrance and there are 2 hotel-like rooms on the first floor, each with doors that are locked and need keys to open each time you enter. The second floor is like a one-bedroom apartment, again locked. It is not really one unit and it would not work for families with kids. There seemed to be a miscommunication between the rental company and the property manager. We paid in full as required but the property manager did not have an accurate record of our payment and it made the check-in process long and awkward. The unit itself was very clean but in need of improvements. The living room furniture was shabby. The electric outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work. The shower was hard to regulate. The water was either too hot or had poor pressure if the temperature was turned down. The beds were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was nice. This could be a really nice place if fixed up a bit. The management team was friendly and accommodating and it’s a beautiful area.

Equinox Resort "Townhouse"
Stayed for a long weekend for a wedding at the Equinox with my spouse, parents, 4 month old and dog. As other reviews mention, this is not really a townhouse but more like three hotel rooms off a shared entrance and hallway. The two on the ground floor have ensuites and the larger room in the back has a door that exits to a little patio and then out to the grounds facing the tennis courts. The upstairs room is an apartment style with kitchen, dining table, living area and balcony. Overall the space worked for our stay. Definitely NOT what we would consider renovated as the description states. It has potential but is tired and needs some general upkeep and TLC (holes where old railings used to be, wainscotting coming off the walls, wood rot on the exterior door thresholds and siding, etc). The buildup on the showerheads created water pressure so high that it made showering extremely unpleasant. A GFCI was tripped somewhere (couldn't find it) making the outlets in the bathrooms unusable. I appreciated the ample coffee kcups, soap, sponges, etc that were provided along with plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The location is convenient for any events at the Equinox, it was great to walk out the ground level doors to walk to dog. Easy walk to the golf course, trails up the mountain and shops/restaurants in town.

Not really a townhouse
I have stayed at the Equinox before and enjoyed the amenities but this time I had my 2 grandchildren so I was looking for a space where we could make meals after skiing. This “townhouse” was just 3 hotel rooms connected by a common hallway. The top “room” did have a kitchen which was poorly stocked, an ice machine that I had to fiddle with to begin to get ice, drawers that were badly fitting but for the most part -empty. The dining table chairs were wobbly and felt like they were going to come apart. The pool was great. The beds were great but Once the kids left Sunday after skiing I left early instead of staying over one more night.

Great time at equinox
Loved our stay. The three rooms each have different key ins like individual hotel rooms which didn’t allow for us to leave infants locked in other rooms and would have had more people stay as the young kids stayed in the main room.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay
The unit is a bit “weathered” but the price, space, location, service, scenery, and resort amenities more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again and encourage others to do so as well!

Great place Great Resort
My family enjoyed the townhouse and the equinox resort. We have stayed here several times. My only concern is the new resort ownership and it’s upkeep of a beautiful place. Needs abit of maintenance but that did not impact our 7 day stay. I am sure covid impacted the equinox like everywhere else. Look forward to staying again in the future.
