Oustanding customer service and a pleasant clean room. All amenities were on hand. Enjoyed my stay. Although it didnt bother me there is a lot of noise outside the hotel (but as i was there new years eve it was going to be loud). Overall a lovely stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Perfect for the stay we required. The only thing was the temperature of the apartment was quite warm so we turned down this.

Contemporary central Appartments excellent service
Great central location and really good studio apartment with bathroom. Very contemporary and well fitted. The staff and customer service were excellent.Really great value for money. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Great location in Northern Quarter and good service with really friendly staff. Very good value for money for what we paid. Apartment could do with a little TLC to bring up to a better standard - only major issue was running out of hot water mid shower.

Great experience, staff very helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy. There was a little mould stain maybe in one of the rooms near the corner of the room. But not enough to sway me. Overall very please and satisfied with the whole process. Thank you guys.

Balcony was great, flat lovely and spacious, overall it would have been great until it got to night time. My friend found a bug on her bed and there were dead flies & hairs on my bed. Bedding had definitely not been washed between guests :/ This made the sleep very uncomfortable

Waste of money
First of all it was advertised as free parking when I got there I was told it was £18 overnight! Then the room itself and the layout was impractical, the tv been next to the wardrobe nowhere infront of the bed! Was advertised as a city view! No windows came with this it was facing a red brick building! And the noise was lots of banging and screaming from inside the building till 3am! Then outside was so loud it felt like it was in the room glass bottles been emptied, bin men, delivery men, from 6am! No sleep at all! The bed was extremely loud and uncomfy DO NOT BOTHER
