Absolutely appalling. Paid for 3 nights but walked out after 2, it was that bad. First room: window wouldn't close properly. Huge gap that I could get all my fingers in up to the first knuckle. I've had bad experiences in other hotels with this problem before, and the outside noise ends up keeping me awake or wakes me up far too early. I asked for another room. Second room: same problem, and this time the latch was completely broken to the extent that the pane wouldn't lock in place at all. A small bracket had been installed to rectify this, but there was still a huge gap. I was at least able to wedge some cardboard between the latch to secure the pane in place a bit better, and this did dampen the outside noise a bit. Main problem: radiator's thermostatic valve was partly missing. Couldn't adjust the temperature. Heating came on periodically throughout the night and it was biblical. Must have been 25-30 degrees in the room, no question about it. I got about 3.5 hours sleep the 1st night, 2.5 on the 2nd. Complained via booking agent to demand a refund only to twice be told that the room was "...clean and didn't have other issues". You have got to be kidding me. Here's a screenshot of a video I took of the broken window, and a photo of the inoperable thermostatic radiator valve What kind of business treats its customers like this? Verdict: absolutely horrendous. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. You won't regret it. I feel like I've been robbed or scammed.

The property is under need of a renovation but to be honest, great value for the price paid. The bed was comfy, the double glazing amazing could barely hear any noise from the busy street outside, only bad thing about the room was the shower was like standing under a hose pipe!! Will definitely stay again!

Want to stay in a crack den? Here's the place!
Nope. What a shocker of a place. Upon arrival, the hotel car park had a number of unruly characters smoking crack. The rooms, well they might have been the car park group's base, disgusting, unclean and unhabitable. I've stayed in some bad places over the years, but this was so gross i couldn't stay. I told reception that we'd be leaving and not staying. Since then, OYO have refused to refund due to their cancellation policy. TERRIBLE customer service and a terrible hotel. Don't do it to yourself.

No water for 15 minutes The tap was not working on one side. Lot of mark and dirt in the shower. A very strong smell in the corridor and room. Towel has a very strong smell

Beds were comfortable however the overall cleanliness of the hotel is bad which is what you would expect for the price. The hotel is secure with security constantly checking anybody entering which is nice. The walls in this hotel are extremely thin and we woke up during the night multiple times hearing things we did not wish to hear from other guests so please be wary of this and take earplugs incase

Hotel badly in need of renovation work. Bathroom rather insalubrious, with a shower that barely worked and a room that was more of a hostel than a hotel. Overall, could charitably be described as 'affordable'.

Friendly staff, good location. Warm room and comfy clean bed. Room in need of modernisation but fine for a one night stay. Lot of noise outside from youth's early hours of the morning. Not the hotels fault.

A real review
Budget accomodation but very basic, bathroom in dire need of upgrade, bed really uncomfortable and would have been too small for a larger person. I woke after an uncomfortable nights sleep by the souls of a domestic argument in the room next door and feeling really grotty and headachy as the room was so hot and stuffy and the window locked shut. Def not going back!
