Spacious Condo in Schuss Village at Shanty Creek

This unique 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Shanty Creek is truly a one of a kind property. Perched above the Pro Shop The Penthouse is in the heart of Schuss Village and all it has to offer.
Our 1500 sq ft of living space makes it one of the largest condos in Schuss Village. The wall of windows floods the unit with tons of natural light. Two private decks offer outdoor living space, a chance to grill out and amazing 360 degrees views of Schuss Mountain Golf Course and Schuss Mountain; pictures just cannot capture the beauty. The great location offers golfing right outside your door and downhill skiing just steps away. The Schuss Village indoor pool and hot tub is a short walk as well.

With three bedrooms the Penthouse560 is one of only a few properties with 3 bedrooms in Schuss Village. The Master bedroom and master bathroom are on the main level just off the main living area. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with plenty of space. The second bedroom is also located just off the main living space and offers a king size bed. A (narrow) spiral staircase leads to the third loft bedroom which offers two additional queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to cook and serve meals. Enjoy a meal at the dining table overlooking the 18th green.

Shanty Creek Resort offers 4 championship golf courses and 2 mountains with over 50 runs for downhill skiing. Our guests have access to multiple indoor and outdoor pools throughout the resort through the guest pass we include. Dining, shopping, and alpine tubing are all amenities that can be found in the resort. The free Shanty Creek shuttle will pick you up right outside your door and transport you to any of the villages and even downtown Bellaire to Shorts Brewing Company or shopping.

Located in the heart of Northern MI, The Penthouse is in close proximity to Traverse City, Mackinaw, Charlevoix and Petoskey which means 4 seasons of enjoyment.

The Penthouse is above the Golf Pro Shop. Extremely clean and well stocked. Quiet and peaceful at night. Beautiful location on the golf course. Can't wait to come back next year!

We had 3 generations stay. Worked out great for our group. Best part: The deck that overlooks the 18th green! It's so fun watching the golfers finish while the sun is shining on you! Scotts place is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a 50th Birthday. The condo had great beds and kitchen was well equipped. Fun to watch the golfers from the deck.

Perfect winter ski getaway
We loved our stay here. We were a group of two adults and three teens and we found that the place had more than enough room for all of us. Beds were super comfortable! My favorite part was all of the wonderful light that came in from the big windows. Great views of the surrounding property and the ski hill. Our kids loved the loft area, but I would caution anybody with little kids that the spiral staircase is definitely made for older children. We will definitely book again!

Such a beautiful place
This condo is amazing it comfortably sleeps 8 people and it was super clean. The condo sit right on the golf course so the scenery was gorgeous especially with the morning coffee on the balcony. It is near Charlivox, Traverse City, and Torch Lake (about 30-45 minute drive to each location).

Loved that this listing came with access to near by indoor pools/ hit tubs! The snow was beautiful and we were able to try out snow tubing with kids. Next time hope to ski!! The condo was cute and had great views. Beds were comfortable. Easy to communicate with owner!!

We had a great visit. Check in was simple, host answered any questions we had quickly. The king beds were very comfortable. The loft is good for teenage kids but would not recommend for small children due to stairs (the host was clear about that in the listing). There was a wonderful view and the condo was well equipped. I also appreciated that there was simple decor, and the space was free from unnecessary notes/instructions that vacation rentals often have now. Checkout instructions were simple and quick which was also greatly appreciated.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay and the location to a number of towns we wanted to visit before continuing onto the UP. Our daughter loved the loft and the spiral staircase. The decks are great and plenty of seating to relax. We did most of our morning and evening cooking in and would loved to have had a better egg pan, and the grill could use an update, but that didn’t ruin our stay. We would love to visit in the winter too.
