"We visited the place at the end of August. We had a wonderful experience. Felix went above and beyond to accommodate for us. We got to the lake very late, around 10 PM but Felix was still nice and picked us up from the lake sure. The tour the day after was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was ver clean. The experience was great. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Felix!"

"We had the most wonderful trip to Puno and Lake Titicaca and mostly because we had Lucy as our host! She helped arrange transportation from the airport and were dropped off to her front door where she was waiting to greet us. The house is very clean and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We traveled as a group of 4 and the house accommodated us perfectly. "Staff went out of their way to help us when we had some altitude sickness, offering options, including adding anight stay. The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door. "
