"This is a charming little house tucked between beautiful victorians just a few blocks from downtown Waupaca. The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a place to sit outside, there is a restaurant on site in one of the big houses. The little cottage is an older house but clean and well kept, very big open main room and lots of room in the BR with twin beds. Kitchen is on the small side. Magical atmosphere on the property and walking distance from Waupaca Main St shopping or beautiful parks...

The owners home is on the property and about 50 yards away, but you can't see it from the cabin. There is a shared pond that is tranquil and beautiful. We brought our highly trained hunting dog with us who was living her best life retrieving in the pond. The property is not fenced, so a shock collar is recommended. "This Lake house was perfect for our cousin’s weekend. So cozy, and we all had the space to spread out. The view looking out is beautiful with a morning cup of coffee. "The cabin was perfect for our family. Our 10-year-old and 7-year-old loved sleeping in the loft. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for us. Lots to do including indoor and outdoor activities. We were a little disappointed with the lake water. It was shallow and mucky, but maybe it is better other years. I would say it is more of a fishing/boating lake than a nice swimming lake."
