This hotel is far from being a "resort" and should not be advertised to british holidaymakers. Not only were we the only ones there, but probably only 2-3 members of staff spoke any english at all (I asked for an extra towel, and was sent a bottle of water!). Despite what it says in the description there is zero room service, even if you are willing to pay for it. Meal times were more like a boot camp than a hotel, with dining hall lights being switched off exactly at 20.30 when we were still eating. Food was near enough identical every lunch and dinner time, and we resorted to eating out towards the end. Though it says 3 restaurants, you can only use the buffet hall, as the other 2 must be booked in advance, and can only be eaten at once during your entire stay. This hotel is also not on the beach, but rather a 10 minute walk away, and has very limited drink options, even in the hotel. Wifi is only free in the lobby.
