Secluded Beachfront condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita.

When you enter the open concept condo you'll see the dining room and living room with TV and amazing ocean views all decorated in a contemporary nautical theme. Adjacent to the dining room is the balcony with a rocking chair, table and balcony furniture to enjoy breakfast or wine while admiring the vistas. All windows have screens . Enter the hallway passing the fully equipped kitchen and you'll find the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Across the hallway is the guest bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the Master bedroom suite with a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioner, walk-in closet and a full o josbathroom. Amenities include bath towels, shower gels, shampoo, hairdryer, steamerm me we e, WiFi, and cable TV.
Your outdoor private terrace has direct access to ethe beach. In the terrace you will find a seating/eating area with BBQ kitchenette and an outdoor shower with a beautiful mosaics. We have stayed in this complex before, but this was by far the nicest unit. The place was completely updated and modern. The outdoor patio and deck area was well- maintained. Cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Beach Property
We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was so clean, the host and property manager were great to work with. Such an amazing view from the balcony and it only gets better when you head down to the patio area and the beach. And only a 5 minute walk to Mar Chiquita public beach! We're well traveled and this is possibly our favorite place we've stayed yet!

The condo was lovely and the beach very secluded to ensure undeniable relaxation. Read a book under the palm trees while looking at the waves. Neighbors very nice and tidal pool in walking distance which was a beautiful sight to see.

Beautiful vacation apartment
All the apartment amenities were as described. The apartment comes with access to a section of the beach that is less crowded than the nearby public beach. The less crowded beach is rocky and not ideal for swimming, but still beautiful. The owners were very responsive to texts.

A Slice of Paradise
Just perfection for relaxing under the palm trees overlooking the blue waters; a great stress reliever. Unit updates were tasteful; our main reason for choosing this unit. Staying for two weeks next year. Hopefully the slight plumbing problem will be eliminated.

Great location!
The property was flawless and very comfortable. Communication with the host was impeccable. The beach in front of the property is not suitable for swimming and the beaches nearby are a bit rough for young kids, so keep that in mind. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this property to other families.

Amazing apartment!
This apartment was stocked with everything you will need, especially for visiting the nearby beaches - beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella. It was clean and just as pictured in the post. The beds were super comfortable! The area was quiet and off the beaten path. Perfect location and perfect distance to San Juan - about 45 minutes. Lots of nice amenities on the property - pool, beachside patio with shower and ocean access. Lovely view!

Nice, quiet, updated apartment on the 2nd floor. Great patio overlooking the ocean. Separate outdoor area on beach with lovely view. Small pool was nice and well maintained. Beach is not swimmable, but great for walking and relaxing. Mar Chiquita is a 3 minute walk away. There are so many beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Grocery store and restaurant are 5 min drive away. Staff and owner very attentive and super nice. Location can’t be beat for day trips and relaxation. Thanks!

Life Doesn’t Get Better Than This
This is my second time here! I haven recommended it to friends, and I plan to come back! What more can I say. If you love the beach you can’t get much closer to it if you choose to stay here. Margie, Lily and her husband were there to assist me and make my stay so enjoyable. Especially when I couldn’t figure out how to get the hot water on in the bathrooms! This apartment is in a private and secure place right next to Mar Chiquita, what I call a giant wave pool. Lots of fun.

Absolutely perfect!! The home was spot on as described. Margie the host reached out before we arrived and a day before check out. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and very clean. The view of the ocean at Mar Chiquita was so relaxing. We left early and returned in the evening to shower and sleep. Exploring and enjoying the food and beaches were our main goal. Amazing Relaxing Stay
From check in to check out, our stay here at Margie’s place was absolutely amazing. We could not stop raving about the location, the Mar Chiquita beach 100 yards away walking distance, friendliness of the locals, and overall experience. Have already recommended this VRBO to friends and family and will continue to do so for anyone we talk to wanting to visit PR. Being a Spanish speaker helped navigate in the stores and restaurants, but if you do not speak Spanish, that’s okay. Almost everyone in the Maniti Area is bilangual to some degree. Literally no complaints about the condo, the host, location, activities or adventures… 10/10 for sure.

Breathtaking!
What a lovely place! From the apartment accommodations, to our quaint private courtyard, and especially the beach access that took our breath away! Lots to explore on the beach including the walk to near by Mar Chiquita Beach. The entire property was extremely clean! Margie was always a call or text away. With this being our first trip to the island, I absolutely loved her sending me a good morning texts to check in. Additionally, she was extremely accommodating and helpful as we visited during Fiona's arrival to the island. Thank you Margie! We enjoyed our adventure.

This property has everything you need… a private beach out front with shade from the palm trees…. A few outdoor decks and patios to shake things up a bit and a pool! Very quiet area except for one particular frog. The condo was very clean. It is on the second level. Nice area to cook and eat. Blankets are soft and fluffy. Beds were comfy. You cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet but it was no big deal after you get used to it. So peaceful and well kept. I highly recommend.

Amazing is all I can say!!
Very sad to say goodbye. This was the best home away from home. Amazing property. Had everything and more that we could ever need. We wanted to be not in a tourist area and not we found the perfect spot. The view every morning was incredible the beach was perfect. So glad we stayed in this area we were able to go west to the most spectacular beaches. But honestly Mar Chiquita was even better.!! Do not hesitate to come here. We will be back!! Oh and the property manager Lily is the very best she is so thoughtful and always there for any questions or concerns- which we had none. Thank you Margie for allowing us to rent your beautiful property!! We will be back. Gorgeous place we will miss it!

Beautiful view
The property manager was very accommodating and always available for any questions. They made you feel welcome. They reached out the day before just to make sure that everything was ready for us before arriving. The garage door was not open before we arrived but they resolved the issue the very next morning. We woke up to the morning sunrise and ended the day to the sunset. The beach is right in front of the property and in a minute walk you can go to popular beach area. Local store for food items was about 2 to 3 mins away and local restaurant and bars are about the same. This spot was perfect for us and we very much enjoyed staying here.
