"Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. "The property is quite lovely, surrounded by the rolling hills of western Virginia. The house was perfect, a lot of space to spread out if needed. We spent our evenings on the screened in back porch. The pool and gardens were an added bonus. Every evening the neighbor cows would graze along the fence line- just a lovely get away from the City! "

I received very detailed instructions and was able to amend my contract to check in early or add more people to my group when I needed it.The place was very clean and the rooms looked exactly as pictured on the listing. The main living room seemed a bit smaller to us upon entry, but I loved that the rooms were all spacious and we had enough bathrooms to accommodate 10 girls! The common area was even larger that it appears in the photos and there was an additional downstairs playroom that the kids really enjoyed. Also, the host went above and beyond to help us when a smoke alarm battery caused beeping late one evening. There was not even a hint of any odor as mentioned in a previous review. "
