"The Asbury Hotel had a laid-back vibe with friendly staff who put us at ease. The lobby was welcoming with fresh greenery in the vases on the tables and a pool table where it felt easy to hang out. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable. A lovely experience overall!"

This motel is not in Manasquan it is in wall Township on the highway this one is very nice but maybe that is why they have these homeless people stayed at this hotel on the highway to keep them out of Manasquan
