"The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station, restaurants and some shopping. The instructions to check in were very easy to understand and follow. The main doors into the building were amazing. When we walked through the courtyard, it felt a little sketchy… kind of worn down and in disrepair. However when we got to the block of rooms run by Cinque Terra Gateway, it was very nicely remodeled and extremely clean. Overall, it was a great stay."

"I have been staying at a lot of places lately as I have been doing a month long trip Euro Trip. What I liked about this place was that it was very affortable and easy to get around since the bus stop is right around thr corner. The train station is close too. The staff was really nice and friendly! I came in late and the process was very easy to get in. It was a bit rainy and I was even lended an umbrella. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"This place exceed expectations, the church and naturist vibe were amazing. Who needs a TV or AC anyhow. Amazing views of the ocean, nice outside area with tables for enjoying a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Went in July and even without AC temperatures overnight was in the low 60F. Close to two trails to Monterosso and Vernazza. For the true hiker who wants to be away from the tourist this place is the perfect fit"

"I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Short car drive to catch the ferry or train! House has a beautiful Mountain View, Italian breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom but most importantly, staff was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips as to how to make the most of our short stay in La Spezia. "The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. "We visited recently for a 3 night stay in Cinque Terra. This is a very basic BNB. It is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terra but that is what we wanted. A few notes: there is no air conditioning. There was a fan and we had cool evenings so not a big deal. But to those traveling in the warmer months, just note that. We had room 2 and it is literally a room with a bed in it - not much else. It did have its own private bathroom which was clean and quite large for the size...

"A beautiful apartment where is steps away from the waterfront, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. However; we had to climb approximately 4 flights of stairs with luggage when checking in. Upon checking out a couple showed us a ramp to go down the Main Street and we wish we could know it earlier. The ramp is right across the Coop supermarket. "
