"I wish I could give more than the top "5-star rating" for this property. Not only is the property represented to a T in the VRBO listing, the property manager was nothing less than "family" (she lives a few doors down), the way she catered to us during our stay. I loved the location being separated a bit from the daily noise and road/tourism traffic and makes you feel you are on your own island with immediate access to the Cay via your own small boat to cross the creek to get to town. "We loved our stay at Shore Beats Work. Everything about the house was outstanding. More places in Treasure Cay are reopening. The restaurants in Treasure Cay are Bahama Beach Club (10 min by golf cart). Sunset Beach Pizza, Treasure Sands just reopened (great food!) , and now Coups. Those are all about 10 minutes by car. "

"This house was absolutely incredible. We had four couples staying here, and having the ability to each have a king bed and own private bathroom was a game changer. Perfect location for all things Hope Town and the private dock is also amazing. The owner John, and the property manager Charlie were both very considerate and constantly communicated with us throughout the trip."

"We arrived a little early, and the host allowed us to take advantage of the dock prior to our check-in time. The teenagers were able to jump right in and begin snorkeling around the dock. The house was exactly as described, and fit our group of 12 perfectly. We cooked in the kitchen every morning and night, and found all that we needed. All in all, the perfect spot for our group as we enjoyed all the cays close by via boat. "

"We loved the living room / kitchen area being completely separate from the bedrooms. The two separate houses for sleeping/bedrooms were great for adult children. Location to the dock was so convenient. The house manager and cart service were quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay at Barefoot Bay again."

"ONLY issue was in the neighborhood……our cart was chased by an angry looking dog which caused us to our side of the loop and not the smoother road on the other side of the loop. This house is a perfect location, mid point between town and Seaspray marina, next door to Firefly and only 5 minutes to Abaco Inn. “Private” pool is nice if you ignore the security cameras on the outside of the house. The washer/dryer is a bit unreasonable at 75.00 for the day. We WILL stay there again."

"Our home for the week was clean, well equipped and accommodated our group of 4 comfortably. We all loved the sea wall and explored the ocean life near it every morning! The dock is huge and was a great place to jump on other boats. Our boat was perfectly safe and secure and at night we turned the underwater lights on to observe more underwater life at night. "We vacationed with our kids and some of their friends. The property was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The expansive peninsula had multiple seating areas- all super comfortable and with 360 views of the gorgeous sunsets. The dock fit our boating needs well - the water ferry could almost make it at low tide - and absolutely reached the dock at higher (not just highest) tides. Junior could have helped, but we used our boat to bridge the gap. Snorkeling was fun on the side of the peninsula...

"We had a fantastic time. The house is in a great location on a very nice part of the beach. Kitchen was well set up, which made things easy for us. Our concierge made everything easy from golf carts to getting a private chef to booking fishing tours. We go every year, but this was the first time at this property. Would definitely stay again. "
