After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. "DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. "The hotel was fantastic, the room was great and the view from the room was wonderful. There was parking just outside the hotel, which really helps when you are traveling with a car. The reception staff was amazing, taking care of any request or question that we had immediately, even sometimes without us needing to ask (special thanks to Jovana from the reception team). "
