Mountain Getaway with Renovated Kitchen

Complete kitchen renovation in 2023 with new wood vinyl flooring!

My beautiful home is nicely equipped with 2 master bedrooms plus loft, forced heat and an on-demand (tank-less) water heater that will sleep 8 comfortably. Bedroom one has a King bed, TV, and full bathroom; bedroom two has a Queen bed, TV, and full bathroom; loft has 2 twin beds and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, large couch, power recliner, swivel chair, wood burning fireplace, and TV. All TV's have Roku Guest-mode Streaming service access. Off the living room is a kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and an extra-large deck with a private BBQ. I provide complimentary internet and in-unit laundry. There are two parking spaces at the front door followed by a mudroom for all your winter and summer equipment. The complex hosts a heated swimming pool & BBQ (summer only), two spas, and sauna all year round. A free shuttle bus stop at my complex runs every 15-minutes during the winter (green line) and gets you to Eagle Lodge within minutes (1.7 miles). Another shuttle bus stop (red line) around the corner runs all year long and throughout the town. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. (BTC/TOT: 7337)

Loved staying at Kevin’s condo at Mammoth Sierra. Very well stocked and very comfortable beds. Great location and a few steps to shuttle was very easy. Love to stay here again.

Perfect location, space and amenities for a long weekend stay.
Condo is perfect for a group of friends or family to enjoy while staying in Mammoth. Very short walking distance to the Red Line to get to the Village or the main lodge. Condo contained literally everything you could need for a night in or if you prefer to only be there when you sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet and comfy stay!
This property was perfect for our family! We loved how comfy and quiet the bedrooms were and we loved being able to stay 2 floors away from our kids! Centrally located to the stores and lifts, we got everywhere we wanted within 10 minutes. Would definitely book again the next time we go to Mammoth. This place had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival, close to the grocery store, and shopping, and had a washer and dryer in the condo. We were able to use the hot tub in the complex with towels provided in the condo. Would stay here every time we visit Mammoth. Great communication with owner.

Fantastic Ski Cabin
We had a great time at this cabin. It is in the perfect location, only a 5 minute drive to the mountain, close to the grocery store and had all the amenities that we needed. Kevin was wonderful to work with and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The beds were comfy, it was decorated adorably and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay in Mammoth Lakes
Condo is great, lots of comfy places to sleep and spread out. Mud room is so handy when coming in from the snow and being able to leave skis, snowboards, and boots somewhere separate. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Host is super responsive and was exceptionally helpful with our travel setbacks during a blizzard. Cannot wait to return and we will definitely be staying here again.
