Beautiful & spacious Studio + Loft, 2 Bathroom condo in Mammoth View Villas.
Sleeps 4-6. Located walking distance to the Village where you can take the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy the local shops & restaurants. If you don't want to walk, you can take the blue line shuttle out the front door to Canyon Lodge & the Village. Adjacent to the condo is a small forest area with great sledding!

Updated fall of 2020 with new vinyl flooring, doors, living room furniture & a fresh coat of paint throughout! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ your favorite meal on the propane BBQ. Snuggle up next to the fire and enjoy a movie or play a game of darts! There is a TV on each level along with a DVD/VCR player and a variety of movies to choose from. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the oversized deck. The condo has huge windows that let in ample sunlight and allow for amazing mountain and forest views from everywhere in the condo. Enjoy views of the Sierra instead of the neighbor next door! The complex has a rec room with sauna, ping pong table and outdoor spa. Tons of open area around the unit for the kids to sled and play in the snow! In the summer you are a short walk or bike to the new Lake Mary path that will take you to the Lakes Basin.

The loft has a queen bed and 2 twins. The living room has a queen sleep sofa. There are full bathrooms on both levels and a washer/dryer downstairs. Fast Wifi available as well.

Cute Condo, close to bus stop and village!
Great place for 1-4 people to enjoy a long weekend in mammoth. Walking distance to the village and a convenient bus stop. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for Mammoth Lakes
Great location, just as advertised. The condo is perfect for four people and we found everything to be in good working order and the place was very clean. I would definitely stay a second time.

Super responsive host
Erin is super responsive made our trip very comfortable! The condo is in prime location you can either walk to gondola or take shuttle to canyon which runs every 15 mins!

Cozy Condo
Such a nice, cozy little condo near the Village that was perfect for my Fiancé and I for the week. Having two separate bathrooms was great for getting ready in the mornings as well. No complaints!

Nice, comfortable place for the two of us. We were there in mid-October 2023 for the Fall colors and hiking. It was nice to be withing walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Only had to use one of the in-wall heaters which did the job to keep us warm. Hopefully we will be back next Summer/Fall.

The Perfect Mammoth Getaway
The perfect Mammoth condo unit. Location was excellent. Situated in a community of other condos and walking distance to The Village near the ski lift. The condo was equipped with practically everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and general spices to enjoy some family meals. It was super clean and beautifully bear theme decorated with TLC. Could easily accommodated 4 adults with full bathrooms on each floor. Water pressure was great in the showers too. And the game closet was stocked with games and tons of DVDs. The owners were super attentive and nice. It felt like it was our home for 7 nights.

Felt like home
We loved every minute of our birthday and skiing getaway at Erin's place. Thoughtfully decorated, it felt like home as soon as we entered the condo. Everything was meticulous. The high ceilings and loft and large windows in the main room make the place feel spacious. The sun enters in the morning and stays for most of the day, enlightening the home beautifully. Everything is available - kitchen utensils and basic condiments, cleaning equipment incl washer/dryer, most we didn't get a chance to use. We enjoyed breakfast while the first sunlight hit our noses, and coming back to relax at the cozy home after exhausting ourselves on the slopes. Thank you, Erin, for opening this cute place to guests. We definitely want to return if available for our future trips.

Good location, slightly shabby accommodation
The condo is located in a great location. Our main gripe is that it was a little rundown. The gas bbq didn't work (we didn't try and reach out to the owner to fix) the overhead fan on the stove didn't work. There was no salt or oil as basics. The door to the balcony was stuck (which we were told of in advance) The beds were very soft and the bedding quite dated. I understand that it is a decent price point and not advertised as luxury but overall it was a little more shabby and less comfortable than I expected. There is also no way I would sleep there with four people it is way smaller than it looks! We left our food in the fridge by accident and forgot to tell the property owner so we also weren't perfect, but I think we did expect a bit more comfort than we had.

Clean and quiet
Our family enjoyed this rental. Ot was clean and had all the necessities we required. The kids lobed yhe couch thag turns into a bed. They relaxed on there after a long day fishing. Having a laundry room was also helpful to get all our clothes clean amd ready to put away once we got home. Thank you to Erin and her family for letting us spend this time in their home.

Excellent Host and Lovely Location
Erin was very responsive and the location was well prepared. It was a bit smaller than we had expected and the deck was packed up and not really usable. With no air, it was pretty hot considering the daily temps in the 90s. This was unusual but it made for very difficult sleeping. At least we had multiple fans - but it was rough. The condo was close to "downtown" which was nice, though we wish it had been closer to the lake - which was 20 degrees cooler. We would love to try this again but not in July! I bet it's lovely in fall and winter.

Nice Stay!
We really enjoyed the space of the condo rather than a hotel room as we've had in the past. Two bathrooms was wonderful, as was the full-size fridge and washer/dryer in unit. There was coffee in the freezer on arrival, which was much appreciated for this coffee hound. We couldn't get into the condo when we got there, so I called and Erin took care of it right away. She was very responsive to our needs and available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Erin, for your hospitality.

Great location -- a few minutes' walk from Mammoth Village, with restaurants and shops, and a few minutes' drive from the lakes basin, with hiking, fishing, and kayaking in the warmer months. Very light for a mountain rental -- lots of window space. Also well maintained and clean.

Great Value and Location
The condo is a touch dated, but a great deal for the price and location. It had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t, but nonetheless enjoyed- namely a washer and dryer and dart board. Overall, it was a great value.

A nice condo close to the Village
It is a nice well decorated/furnished upstairs condo with sleeping quarters in the loft; not so great for us older folks but we made it work. The good: comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms-showers in both, my wife mainly used one and I the other. The washer and dryer was great-used them twice. Good fridge, coffee maker, gas grille. Great location if you like the Village. Erin was very responsive as a host. The not quite as good: For our 2 week stay there were a few things we missed. Some convenient storage instead of the other bed in the loft would have been really nice. Also, a bedframe that allows you to exit at the foot of the bed instead of crawling over one another would have been nice for this older couple that has to get up in the night. The entry system was finicky. The only thing that would keep us from renting it again is that we wouldn't choose to pack our stuff up and down the stairs. Again, it is a nice condo and thank you Erin for letting us rent it and making our 2 week vacation to Mammoth Lakes so enjoyable.

Good Trip
Property was as advertised and was perfect in the areas that matter the most (comfortable bed, super clean, good showers, good kitchen utensils and great location). Also gets great light and has a nice view. Only things to note are the kitchen is very small and doesn’t have the best counter space or lighting. Also the sleeping is in the loft and as such would benefit from some fans. Overall great stay.

Atmospheric and superbly located
We booked this property having never been to Mammoth before and had a wonderful experience. The location could not be more convenient and super easy to find. More than adequate parking too. The apartment was so atmospheric with lots of old time paraphernalia plus a wonderful wood fire stove. Really great first visit for us to Mammoth which will not be our last.

Very impressed with cozy condo!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very kind throughout booking and, and the place was very clean and accommodating. We had a 6 night stay - the longest I have ever stayed in Mammoth and we were very pleased with how quiet it was at this condo and walk-able to the Village Gondola. Wood was provided for the fireplace (this seems usually normal in Mammoth but I still appreciate it) and the condo had all the supplies we needed to fix our own food. A nice and close place to stay to relax after the slopes.

Great location and views from the property
We enjoyed waking up and looking at trees. The location was central to the lakes basin, Mammoth mountain, and the town. We would stay again.
