Great location!
This place is an amazing location in the village! You can walk to dinner, the shops, to coffee. The gondola is literally right outside and the bus to the main lodge is across the street. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

Excellent location and great place
The condo was perfect for us and our grown children. Location can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen could use a few things - cookie sheets, salad bowl, etc, but certainly nothing major. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Unit
Great communication with the owner and very detailed explanation of check-in process that was very convenient and efficient. The unit was very clean and well decorated. It was a large 3 bedroom unit that as conveniently located right across from the Gondola. The noise is to be expected if you’re staying anywhere in the village.

We were here for night of lights which is very crowded. This location was perfect getting to the venue and eating without having to drive. I was worried about the noise in the village but it was not a problem! Would definitely come back ….great for quick access to skiing👍🏻

Best location in the village
Not all locations in the village are created equal. Not only is this condo in the Village Lodge, but it is in the best location within the Village Lodge. The walk to the gondola is maybe 100 feet. Nothing in Mammoth is truly ski-in/ski-out (despite what many listings say), but this is the closest you can get.

3 bed/3 bath mammoth condo
Absolute perfect spot with family. If you know anything about Mammoth, this condo is located in the Village Lodge(Lincoln Building) and your patio looks right out at the the main courtyard where you can watch the big movie screen or listen to live bands. The week we were there Puss in boots- The last wish was playing and the grandkids got to just sit on balcony in their PJ's The Host Matt was amazing and was in direct contact with us for our questions. I want to give a special thanks to Matt who helped us with our Special needs granddaughters accomondations.

Great Visit
Fun to be in the center of things in the Village. This property was the best for viewing the July 3rd fireworks. Balcony view with fireworks 300' in front of us. There can be some noise with windows open in the afternoon and evening, but we were given that warning before renting and expected it to be much worse on a 4th weekend. It was not really that noisy and the Village had outside activities end before 10:00. Crowds leave and all was quiet.

Summer golf and skiing
Played golf at Sierra star “ 5 after 5” cart and 5 holes after 5pm was $50 with cart, perfect! We liked the built in action of the village. The action does come with a little noise so if that is not your idea of fun, take that into consideration. Then we skied on Saturday. The unit worked out great and we had a fun summer weekend. Dad’s and teenage sons.

Cozy Suite with Beautiful Views and Perfect Location
This rental is a no-brainer!! Kelly and Matt were amazing hosts, they messaged me with all the check-in instructions, and called me a day before the trip to make sure I had everything I needed. When we got there, the self-check-in was very easy (again, because of their detailed instructions), the suite had everything we needed and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is amazing, the views every morning were breathtaking, the rooms were all very comfortable and the common area was perfect to enjoy with family and friends. And the underground garage + ski locker for the ski/snowboarding equipment was a fantastic extra perk. Will definitely recommend this property, and will stay here every time if possible!

Broken Microwave
The microwave did not work. Stayed 3 nights and after the 2nd night the property manager came to test the microwave with a piece of bread. Of course it worked at that time, but it was stated that there were previous problems noted regarding the microwave. More hangars were requested and the broken blinds were noted. Both items not corrected.

Perfect Village Condo
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt and Kelly’s 3 bedroom condo in The Village. The location right above Gomez’s restaurant is super convenient and offers a nice view of the gondola. The condo is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. And whether you hit the slopes or not, The Village is the best place to stay. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need it until the day we left. Plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store right there. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was easy with a lockbox next to the front door. We have stayed at many condos at the Village Lodge over the years, but this was actually better furnished and better kept than others we’ve rented through the hotel. As a host myself, I know that people who rent their own vacation homes usually take great care of them, as in this case. We will gladly stay again.

Wonderful experience!
Our experience with this booking was everything we had hoped it would be! The checkin and checkout processes were easy and convenient. We received all the information we needed prior to arrival and we experienced Matt and Kelly to be very, very responsive when we had questions. The unit was exactly as described in the listing. No surprises! The unit was clean and well-stocked. Our only input would be to add a couple more cutting boards and kitchen knives. The location is amazing! We skied/boarded everyday - to be able to take just a few steps to the gondola made things super easy! Also, the Village did a great job with snow-removal - making those few steps that much “lighter”! The heating in the unit is pretty powerful - we turned all thermostats to “off”, and it still felt warm. But we could easily adjust for that by briefly cracking open a couple of windows. No big deal! We experienced a little nightlife noise on the Friday evening of our stay, but nothing that a little white noise couldn’t drown out. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return for another stay, soon! Thank you!
