Snowcreek's Brand New Creekhouse with Stunning Views- #566

Snowcreek VII Creekhouse, the newest phase of Snowcreek resort where you can enjoy year-round comfort and convenience. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and an attached two car garage. It is conveniently located a short walk from the free Mammoth Shuttle.

After an active day on the mountains, you can sleep well in these 3 bedrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, attached bathroom, and stunning views. Downstairs you'll find the other 2 bedrooms! One of these rooms includes a Twin-over-Full bunk and aTwin trundle also with an attached bathroom. The other bedroom holds a Queen bed, also with an attached bath, and a deck to enjoy your morning coffee on.

In-unit laundry room, community jacuzzi and rec area, attached two car garage which includes a 220V outlet for electric car charging, air conditioning, gas BBQ, and mountain views are just a few of the luxuries of staying here!

Wonderful property in Mammoth Lakes
Our stay in early July was perfect for our family. With three adult couples and one of those with an infant the space was nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The AC was a huge bonus as we stayed during a historic heatwave. Service for housekeeping was also super responsive and a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Townhouse
True to photographs, this townhouse did not disappoint. New, spacious, and decorated nicely. Views from every window, very quiet, and in a lovely area. Kitchen was fully stocked (aside from coffee) and the layout provided a wonderful gathering space to cook, sit at the dining table, and enjoy a nice fire in the living room. The primary bedroom is awesome with vaulted ceilings and the other bedrooms had attached bathrooms in addition to a powder room upstairs. The management company made the arrival process easy and welcoming. It was great to be able to park our car in the garage with stormy weather. I highly recommend staying here.

Our new favorite Mammoth home
What an amazing property! To summarize, it was fantastic, if not for the unique layout, this home would have been absolutely perfect. Views out of every room, you can see Mammoth Mountain, Old Mammoth Rock, the sunset and the neighborhood. The layout- if you have someone in your party that is adverse to stairs, please know there are two full bedrooms downstairs. You can enter the home through the front door which is a large set of stairs, or you can go through the garage which is what we did. Only two stairs to those downstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs with a primary suite, powder room, kitchen and family room. Garage fit my Toyota Tundra (with a bike rack) and could have fit another car. There is an electric car charger with Tesla plug. Driveway fits two cars, then there are two guest spots *just* outside the house. The community is quiet and my kids could ride their bikes around with ease. The kitchen was fully stocked and since the house is newer, everything was fully functional. You have pots, pans, full sets of knives and cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Kitchen table fit everyone with ease. They have a smart TV and you can log in to see all of your apps. Wifi worked as well as Mammoth wifi does. AIR CONDITIONING! A life saver for the summer, it's a zoned unit so you can cool either floor independent of the other. This is a game changer for Mammoth. We also used the laundry on the first floor. We loved this house!

Awesome place!
We had an awesome time here~ if i were to add a not to the property manager it would be we would have appreciated knowing the wifi password rite away and could have gone for some coffee in the morning~ other than that awesome place !!
