Upon your arrival at 433 White Bark, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up one exterior step to the front door landing. Once you enter the front door you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows.
- Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets are not allowed.

Warm and cozy Mammoth Condo
We were visiting during a very snowy weekend, but this condo was very warm and cozy. Super clean and when an appliance was not working, the manager was there and fixed it within 15min even though it was the evening. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a very good stay. Clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Note: The less-than twin sized single bed is suitable for someone under about 5'6". Easy communications with the management team.

Me and my Son came up for two days of skiing and had a great time! Very comfortable condo. FYI There is a jacuzzi around the corner of the unit. Don't recommend the spa?

They were amazing about keeping the roads and paths plowed during the epic blizzard conditions that week. Only one small thing - they provided only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for our almost one week stay (!).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, we could have used extra blankets and for staying a week there was not enough paper towels, dishwashing detergent etc. a pull out sofa sleeper would have worked better for me and my 2 children so I’m not sure if the owners are discouraging that option in fear of too many people staying there or what but it seems that would be logical to have in a rental. Unfortunately no hot tubs or athletic club was open due to COVID-19 so after skiing not much to look forward to but the condo was nice and a big enough kitchen to prepare meals.

Cold and a bit scary
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband stayed here to better help aid in the snow pitt and town snow Shoveling operations while 395 was claoed. The unit is nice and he liked the decor and atmosphere, however he couldn't wait to get out of there due to the following. First the roof was nnever shoveled, not once. There was a 4 foot cornice hangin over the front door that nearly smashed him one day while coming out of the unit. He had to have his crew come over and remove the remainder of the cornice so he could feel safer about entering the unit. Second as the snow kept coming along with rain the front door was increasingly difficult to open every day due to snow load, he was terrified the roof was going to collapse on him night after nigth. third the ancient wall heater/thermostat left him overheated each day and freezing each morning.He said you had to set the thing to 75 to get it to stay 55 in the morning anything less than that and the unit was freezing. In addition we realize that this was an abnormally huge winter, but the parking situation was an absolute nightmare. He said that all of the parking was used for snow storage and obviously no one wanted to pay to have the snow trucked out to make more room for parking.Over all it was not an impressive first stay. Some serious safety issues going on!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the newly renovated condo is great. We have vacationed here for 10Or more years. This is by far the best condo. So with that being said . There are a few things I would like to share with you about how to make it a posh experience. Have a brief video showing one where switches are for the lights/ bath Matt/ kitchen items etc. This would be a great way to help your guests. We ran out of toilet paper and tissue for one’s nose. I seriously didn’t see the measure cup. The plates were extremely hot when used in the microwave. The pans were too heavy for me. I am 66 years old. So next time I will bring mine. I don’t have an issue with that. There was no sugar or coffee available. Again no problem. Would be nice to be prepared for that. The wood didn’t fire up I believe it may have been kept outside.A Handi Cap Hand rail in tub would be a good idea for safety. There was only a light blanket on the bed. This didn’t keep us warm. I purchased a blanket when I was there. It was 14 degrees at night so we needed an extra blanket. I couldn’t find one anywhere. But we definitely will return. I will be more prepared for the things I have to bring and use. Thank you!

Charming Rental

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at #433.The location is excellent, with spectacular mountain views & easy access to the mountain. We spent our time skiing one day & snowshoeing another & enjoyed our proximity to both activities.The condo was clean & well maintained. We were very disappointed to find out upon entering the condo that the dishwasher was out of commission, with a note saying "parts have been ordered". We found this annoying, as we like to cook our meals instead of "going out to eat". Handwashing all of our dishes. etc. was not what we expected. We handled it, but should have known in advance of the lack of a working dishwasher.We found the television situation in the living roomto be challenging to figure out, as there are way to many remotes to deal with. The directions did not seem to accurately match what we found. For example, the directions said there was "cable",but we never found cable, only streaming services. Fortunately, we have a Netflix account & were able to access that.So, yes we would recommend this unit, but are doubtful whether or not we would rent it again given the issues noted above.

Being able to use the Snowcreek Athletic Club was a plus.
