Let me first say that the property filled our needs overall as we were there to ski and spent most of the time on the slopes. We only needed a place to sleep and cook dinner. The Pros: easy parking, close to a grocery store, bus stop right off property (red, green, teal and night trolley), clean towels, close to the hot tab/sauna. The Cons: Retrieving the key from a different location, no pots/pans for cooking, the bedroom door did not latch. We had to buy a stockpot to make any meals. There was only one useable skillet and it was dirty when we pulled it out the first time, there was a broiler pan, all the necessary dishes, cups, utensils, corkscrew, and can opener. The pull out sofa was completely uncomfortable, more than usual IMO. We were left with only one trashbag for 5 days (towards the end I was worried we would have to go buy more) and only one packet of dishwasher soap. We had to contact the rental management a few times - once due to a wall heater being inoperable, once due to the plumbing under the kitchen sink, and once to inquire about an outside storage area (we asked but never heard back on this one - would have been convienient for our gear). Communication was lacking, however they did bring a space heater and we were able to get by using only one side of the sink. There was no snow shovel located in case that is needed. If you're using the property as a 'base camp' like we were, it will be fine but don't expect too much.
