Light and bright unit/vaulted ceiling with no one above or below. We are centrally located approximately 1/2 mile from The Village at Mammoth and Village Gondola, as well as Eagle Lodge. Canyon Lodge is up the hill about 3/4 mile. We are also a 2 minute walk to the free shuttle stop and located right off the Lakes Basin Bike Path.
Cal King bed in front bedroom, and Queen bed along with twin over twin bunks in back bedroom. (No adults or large youth on upper bunk) Both bedrooms have hanging space and dressers available for your use. Convenient hall tree in entry to hang your coats and leave your shoes/boots on the shelves or rubber mat. Large full bath downstairs has shower/tub combo, new vanity and mirror, newer toilet, hair dryer, quality towels. Washer/dryer in unit available for use. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Upstairs is a second bath with step-in shower, new vanity and mirror, and towels, plus dryer and toiletries. Make yourself at home in the brand new kitchen with all new appliances. There is a dining table and 4 chairs, new reclining sectional sofa and 65” 4HD TV, Cable TV/Wi-Fi, and a work desk/chair with large monitor if you need to do a little work while on vacation. Enjoy the easy-to-use pellet stove and wall of windows as you relax and have some downtime. Off the living room is an exterior balcony (chairs available in mild weather).
There is a chest of drawers at the top of the stairs that has games, playing cards, and extra throw blankets to snuggle.
The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook and eat at home – pots, utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, sharp knives, and of course wine glasses, wine opener, and 12-cup drip coffee maker. We provide coffee and filters, seasonings, oil, and some packaged condiments.
Parking and loading/unloading is easy – one permit provided. Additional parking available on Lake Mary Road. This is a quiet, convenient location where you can enjoy all the offerings of the Mammoth Lakes area and Eastern Sierra. Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowmobiling, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Sight-seeing, Shopping, Dining, there is plenty to do!

Damage and incidentals:
The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Anything over and above that will be an additional charge. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Occupancy is maximum of 6 and is strictly enforced.
Exterior-only security/video monitoring is in use by multiple units in the complex.
Availability: Even if your dates show booked or blocked, please feel free to reach out to us to inquire anyway, as it may be booked for us personally and we may be able to easily change our dates to accommodate a new booking.
This is strictly a non-smoking unit (including vaping).
Please note there is no A/C in our home, however we do have a ceiling fan in the great room and great cross breezes if you open the back windows and front sliders. We provide small dresser-top fans for each bedroom if needed.
