Featuring cedar cathedral ceilings (20 ft.) and cascading sunlight flowing through the 24 windows, this spacious two-story 2 bed/2 bath condo offers year-round accommodations. This St. Moritz Villas condominium has been recently upgraded and provides you with your own private comfort - no neighbors above or below.
An open main level contains the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and one full bathroom. The living room has an upgraded sofa where you can settle in and relax. Embrace the warmth of the pellet stove while watching the 55" flat-screen HDTV with Blu-ray player. Bring your laptop and jump on the high-speed wireless internet. Remember to bring your cell phones -- this unit has no landline. Pellets are provided and this stove is controlled by a thermostat. If additional heat is needed, the dining room has a wall heater. The dining room seats 6, 2 more seats are available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances less than five years old, to prepare the perfect meal.
The second floor has the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a 42" wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds -- one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full. This bedroom has a 32" flat-screen HDTV. Both bedrooms have elaborate cedar cathedral ceilings and their own private sink/vanity area which is separate from the shared bathroom.
St. Moritz Villas provides a few community propane BBQ areas with picnic tables that are located close to our home, as well as plenty of parking spaces. We have an outdoor spa available all year, a swimming pool during summer months only, a sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities. We also have one of the largest recreation rooms with Wi-Fi, pool tables, TV, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and arcade games.
The complex is located on Meridian Blvd., within a quarter mile of shops and restaurants. The free town shuttle is only a short walk away (about 100 yards); you can utilize the green line shuttle stop #46 or #42. They will transport you and your family to the slopes, shops or maybe the bowling alley and movie theater! This luxurious spacious condo is a great getaway spot for you romantic folks or can be a vacation home that accommodates up to 7! While visiting the area, make a trip out of it and visit Bodie State Historic Park (a genuine California gold-mining ghost town), Mono Lake, and June Lake Loop. Yosemite National Park is one of the world's most spectacular natural wonders and only a 45-minute drive.
