Location: Snow Creek Lodges VI, 1163 Pyramid Peak Dr., Mammoth Lakes, California, USA (9 miles from Mammoth Airport, 5hrs by car from LA) View Map.

Accommodations: Town Home, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 6 Adults and 2 to 4 children), 2 Car Enclosed Garage, Central Heat & Air Conditioning. (Settings for Heat & A/C are Guest Controlled) Pets and Smoking are not allow in the condo.

The Lodges at Snow Creek is one of Mammoth Lakes premier properties. Come for the long ski seasons, November thru June with record breaking snow fall. Amazing trails for all types of snow sports. Or come in Summer, for endless recreational opportunities like golf, hiking, biking, tennis, motorcycle trails, music concerts,etc.
The Lodges VI Complex is on flat terrain with large trees and natural landscaping for nice walks both summer and winter and easy access to hikes in the Sherwin mountains.

This 2008 square foot town home is beautifully appointed with all the amenities of home. On the top floor you will find a gourmet kitchen with absolutely everything you could possibly need, from your morning coffee to dinner for 10 in the evening. The dining room will comfortably seat 6 and 4 others at the kitchen island. The Great Room Dinning, Kitchen & Living room has beautiful hardwood floors, with accenting area rugs, a gas burning fireplace, 55" in LG Smart OLED TV with DirecTv, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, DVD/CD player and surround sound. Computer Desk and HP Printer for your Laptop or Tablet computer. Off the dinning room, the french doors lead you out to the patio deck where you can unwind, take in the fresh mountain air, and beautiful mountain views. Also on the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your enjoyment as well. Head down the hall past the powder room and you will find the master suite. Relax for the evening in your private master suite with a California Temper-Pedic King bed, private bathroom, a closet and multiple dressers, 55" Samsung LED Smart TV, DVD and DirecTv. The suite has a walk-in shower, double sinks and over size tub.

A second master bedroom suite is located downstairs, with a California Temper-Pedic King bed, private bathroom, a closet and dressers, 42" flat screen Tv, DVD and DirecTv. The suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower and walk in closet.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub, a closet and dressers, 30" flat screen TV, DVD and DirecTv.

The free laundry is located off the downstairs hall.

Our cleaning service provides, in the kitchen, pump hand soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher soap and two hand towels. In bathrooms; pump hand soap, two rolls of t-papers and in all showers a 3 pump dispenser with Body Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner.

They also provide all baths hand towels (Small & Large) and very large Bath towels and bedding. They are all washed between guest using bleach, detergent and hot water. All counters, handles, TV controls, etc. are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.

In the laundry room you will find an Iron board & Iron. Bleach & Tide for your use

The attached two car garage has a work bench & tools, storage racks for all of you ski gear and space for 2 cars, snow shoves, Kids sleds & windshield snow scraper.

Walking Distance to Red Line Bus or the newly remodeled Snow Creek Athletic Club, Featuring a new spa, pools, weight rooms, full basketball court, spa, and restaurant, day Fee NOT Include with rental. Minutes by car to the ski lifts or walk to the shuttle stop on Old Mammoth road. When available, commercial flights to Mammoth Airport 6 miles away.

Wonderful Week at Mammoth!
We enjoyed a great stay at this property! The owner is the best I've experienced regarding communication and attention to details regarding the property and all the amenities. The property was perfect for our family of six adults.... very comfortable and plenty of room. An easy drive each morning to Canyon Lodge for our ski days. Also, an easy drive to town. I would highly recommend this property for a ski getaway!

Amazing skiing/snow family vacation!
We stayed in Joe and Ann's beautiful mountain home for our first visit to Mammoth Lakes. I must say that the photos and reviews really undersell this gorgeous home-away-from-home and I don't want to give this amazing review and make it harder for me to rebook! It was the prefect home for my family - three bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for my family (our two college-age sons got their "space"). The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were stocked with everything you'd need. The location of the house is perfect - in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood, away from the crowded condos/apartments by the ski slopes - but close to the slopes (short drive) and even "walking distance" to town and great restaurants and coffee/bakery. While the guys skied, I was able to take walks at the nearby Sherwin Creek Trail (no snow shoes needed as trails were groomed), Shady Rest and Tamarack Lodge Trails (snow shoes needed after grooming). We actually arrived a few days later than originally booked - Joe contacted me and advised us to come AFTER the snow storms (with road and mountain closures). So, this gave us a week of skiing, rather than being stuck in the house during a snowstorm. His flexibility and advice helped us to have a great vacation AFTER a major snow storm, and with great snow on the slopes! We will definitely be staying here the next time we're at Mammoth. (PS: WiFi was great - for when we were all home and on our devices, working or gaming.)

Perfect Christmas Getaway
We stayed here over Christmas to get in a couple days of skiing with our extended family who travelled to spend the holiday with us. This house fit our family of 8 perfectly! It was comfortable, clean, and close to both the popular restaurants and the slopes! We had the perfect family ski vacation. Would stay here again - highly recommend!

Great Condo for Family Vacation
Property is exactly as represented. Spacious, very clean, and one of the best outfitted kitchens we've experienced. Clear instructions for everything and thoughtful about little things, such as having sufficient towel racks/hooks in the bathrooms, which we've often found missing in other VRBO rentals. Condo is in a great location and very close to a trolley stop. Having a garage for our bikes was very helpful and condo was close to some hiking trails. Joe was quick to respond to messages and professional. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

Wonderful Mammoth Condo
Our family spends the week of the 4th of July in Mammoth every year. We have stayed in many condos there. This was one of the best. We love the location in Snowcreek. The condo was as described and more. If we weren't cooking in the beautiful and well-stocked kitchen or sitting on the deck, we were in the two chairs by the window sipping coffee or a glass of wine. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. What a treat. The owner Joe was attentive in every way and the manual for the home was the most thorough I have ever seen. There was not a question I had that the manual or the many instruction signs didn't answer. Easy access to the bike path for our E-bikes and a wonderful neighborhood. We will certainly return. Thanks Joe for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well stocked condo. It is in a new community by Snowcreek and has an open airly feel. There is pride of ownership in the details of this home and well stocked kitchen. The owner is very organized and detailed with clear check in and out instructions. We had a great family time at Joe's place in Mammoth. The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We have stayed at lots of places in Mammoth over 30 years and this was one of the best. The price point was very fair given the caliber of this home. Overall a very nice stay. Nice layout and finishes in the unit. No noise from any of the other nearby buildings. Could use more basic stocking like extra paper towels and trash bags. Heater schedule can only be controlled by the owner and got very warm in the bottom rooms. Not in the owner's control obviously, but the community hot tub was only luke warm.

Amazing Home and Experience!
"WOW...this place is incredible!"...that's all my wife and I could say for the first hour after arriving at this amazing Mammoth condo. That same quote slipped out at least once every two hours during our entire stay. We took our two young boys up from Socal for a mini mountain retreat. The entire process from booking, to staying and leaving was absolutely flawless. The home is set up with anything and everything you could think of. The kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan, cutting board, and cooking tool you could ever need. Everything is well labeled and there are instructions for anything that might need explanation everywhere. And to say this place was spotlessly clean is the understatement of the century! The bed in the upstairs master suite was comfy, especially with the heated blanket...and I don't usually care for heated blankets. The view out of that bedroom window in the morning was stunning as well. The master bathroom is HUGE! And if a bath after skiing is your thing, you won't be disappointed with the huge tub. The lodges community is centrally located to Main Street, so even though we packed up food and brought everything we needed to cook with us, it only took ten minutes round trip to get to Vons to pick up the syrup I forgot. To the owner, Joe: thank you so much for creating and sharing such a wonderful mountain home. This was our first time to Mammoth and I have a feeling we'll be turning this into a regular annual tradition. We can't wait to be back!
